you will gain some length pumping but as a general rule it’s not the best way to gain length. Doing a length specific exercise would bring growth much quicker. If you like pools I highly recommend picking up a Lengthmaster, This is the most powerful length tool available. Between your MV and a LM you can perform most of the SRT routine. I can also help you put that routine together if you need.
