So I’ve been looking through the thread and heard kegels are beneficially but if you overtraining you will get EQ problems. So my question is how many days per week should yu train them to see the benefits and also to not overtrain them??

Do as many possible. The eq will come back as you strengthen you pelvic floor muscles. I do them constantly every chance I get. If I stop doing kegels then I lose eq.
 
I do them every day throughout the day. I also change it up. I do slow squeezes during my 30 minute commute to and from work. During the day I'll do quick squeezes 100 at a time. I also do 5 second hold with 2 second releases 50 times. After the 50th release I do one squeeze and hold for 90 seconds. I do the 5 second hold squeeze at least 3 times a day. I do this kegal routine 7 days a week. In my experience doing this type of kegal routine only enhances EQ and does not harm it.
