I’ve been doing PE for about 9 months now. I’ve gained about .75” (started at 6”BP, now at 6.75” BP) of consistent vacuum hanging and extending with upgraded springs. However, my gains have stalled a bit for a few months. I can’t increase the weight of 9.5lbs in vacuum hanging due to slippage and extending I’m having a tough time finding time for due to my work schedule. I figured the lengthmaster will be a valuable investment! I plan to follow the SRT routine for length and then supplement it with extending when I can! I just want length for now.. but if I can get another inch from the SRT routine, I will be extremely satisfied. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Congrats! The LM was a HUGE breakthrough for me. You can do so many stretches that your hands just won't allow. GL!

What are you doing right now for a work out? How’s your LM arrived yet? How big are you now and how big do you want to become?

@DLD hey brother, i went to post a routine in the members section but it says i dont have permissions to do so.

@DLD I just ordered the LM on Sunday!! So it should be here this week.. right now for a workout, I wear an extender for 3 hours a day and vacuum hang for 1.5 hours - 2 hours daily. I’ve gain .75” so far.

I am currently 6.75” BP x 4.5”.. I would love to grow another inch in length and eventually an inch in girth

What do you suggest for a routine once I receive my LM? @DLD I was thinking of following the SRT routine and then either hanging or extending for the rest of the day? Would love to gain another inch

The best place to start to practice to use your LM is by doing all of the basic stretches in the newbie working. He’s will hit every angle of gain and will teach you how to stretch with the the most comfort.

On my second day of the newbie routine.. still trying to get the hang of wrapping and getting comfortable.. but wow is the lengthmaster powerful!! I haven’t felt this level of fatigue since I started PE. I hope to get another inch in 6 months. I plan on continuing to use my extender for at least 3 hours a day and drop hanging altogether. @DLD

Hanging does not compare to Lengthmaster stretching so I applaud your choice to skip hanging. Where are you should put much focus is on wrapping, once wrapping is mastered you can go to amazing place with the LM.

@DLD been loving the newbie routine. How long should I do it before moving on to the SRT routine? Also, when I stretch upward, left and right, I’m feeling this crunching/clicking noise in my ligaments lol it’s not painful but i was wondering if that’s because my ligs are tight? Thanks!

The popping sound you’re hearing is pretty much the same thing you would hear if you crack your knuckles. it is simply air trapped under the ligament and when you pull the ligament away from the bone you will be your auditory noise.

I would go one week with the newbie routine before going into SRT If you are just starting out. But since you have experience you can get right into it

@DLD hey man! Been using the lengthmaster consistently for 2 months now and absolutely loving it. It’s the focal point of my routine.. however, the bottom half just snapped as I was putting it on. Is there anyway to replace this? Thank you!

Hey! @DLD !!.. wanted to know what you thought of this stretch. I’ve been putting the LM under my thighs with my upper body still on the bed, lower half hovering, and my feed planted on the floor. I then perform a “glute bridge.” It’s a hands free stretch and it is intense! Is there a name for this exercise or have you ever done it?

That sounds awesome and that’s with the LM is all about, intuitiveness. when anyone starts to use the LM they quickly find so many different ways to use it. There are many stretches that have been created over the 20 years I’ve been involved and almost every one of those stretches can be done with the Lengthmaster
