Is the SiliSleev an alternative to an extender?

Hey all, I'm curious is the silisleev acceptable to be used as an all day alternative compared to a bulkier extender setup?

I'm currently thinking from what I've read that a pump or extender should be used and the silisleeve just to be worn after.

So the silisleev may not be good for just wearing as a concealed extender type alternative? Idk, so that's why I'm here and asking. Wondering if buying a silisleev would be any use without buying pumping and extending equipment.

I recommend you to buy the LengthMaster 3 - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging (lengthwork). You should separate lengthwork and girthwork. If you want to do girthwork you need a pump (MityVac - Wet and Dry Penis Vacuum Pump System is recommended).
