First off we pray you heal and learn and then once you are good, you should finally reveal what was this long session. Many here have helped so please help another newbie on what extreme you did early, all you say is a long session. Any newbie reading this, will know what it means to not be properly informed and overdoing it. How long was the stretch, do you feel you were slowly building or did you go aggressive at the start, time in pump, Hg in pump, air or water pump, did you warm up, how long have you done PE? How much did you research and learn about PE before starting?
