Improve EQ quality

Hello PE'rs
I would like to know what exercices can improve my EQ.I know kegels are good any other sugestions ir routines?

Edging is also great- as is live, vigorous sexual activity.

LIGHT jelqs are also helpful.

You should also take care to do what you can outside of your male enhancement workouts to maximize EQ- namely: regular cardiovascular exercise, following a heart healthy diet, and doing what you can to reduce emotional stress.
 
If you go to the newbie routine you will find an excellent PC work out. I’ll leave a link and I’ll also post the routine.


PC Muscle Fitness

100 quick Kegel squeezes

50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

Thank You for youre guidence I am wirking on muy kegels And cardio...Will be posting progress..Also want to work on diet And suplementation.Currently taling Ginseng And L-Histidin...unfortunatley a bit depressed And snorting cocaine 2...Hope to gain size And better EQ And get the confidence yo feell a man again And get back on the right path. Thank You for youre obsesive work on PE its an issue that Many men suffer from. And knowing that there is something you can do ton change It gives us hope. If It wasnt for this,suicide would be on my mind constantly. Dont wanna make It like a sad story,just expressing myself And giving you my most sincire Thank You. Youre labore helps many men. Just dont forget It if you ever feell down?

A typical time frame for noting results is 2-3 weeks, but you may likely see EQ improvements in less time.
