I am going to purchase the SiliStretcher - All Day Penis Vacuum Stretcher and Weight Hanger and the LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging 3.0 . I’m sure I misspelled both products please forgive my grammar it’s late. I have read on this forumn and on the website that 8 hours a day is the ideal length of time? However I have seen the speaker of this forumn say to do your hanging or whatever and then wear the silistretcher for the remainder of the day. So which one is it? Do I try to wear it for the whole day, or should I just work to achieve 8 hours a day ? I seriously don’t want to wear this thing for the entire day until I go to sleep. However 8 hours a day is doable so I need to be clear on the requirements for time per day wearing this product. Also my last question, is it more beneficial to do 5 hour sets or even a full 8 hour set versus doing sets of 2-3 hours? My ideal routine would be to do 6 hours in the morning, and 2 hours at night. Along with the LengthMaster doing that before each set( should I do after as well?) let me know if that routine sounds good. Thanks

The longer you stretch the better, download phallosan's app and press start routine button. A stretch is an stretch. Just put it for 8hours, it doesn't matter if you take it 5min to pee whatever, your cock isn't gonna retract instantly. You can do whatever you want, I found no difference in doing x sets vs 1 full set of 12h.

But always remember, we don't want to toughen the tunica & septum, unless you want to lift rocks with your cock. Light - medium tension will stretch your penis.

For me I like simple things, I wear it for 12h, 5min breaks for peeing, and depending on the day I stretch before doing fulcrum stretches with the powerassit + bundled stretches with the lengthmaster (LengthMaster 3 - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging.0 is the combo of both) or at the end of the day.

Depending on the day and the activity I have to do, I might use one or another, if I have physical active task to do x day = ADS.

if I am gonna be static doing paper work = ROD extender.

Silistretcher is more like a supplement, since every time you move you wont have constant tension (Good for sleeping, since you cant control it while you sleep). (Phallosan ADS)
  • But with an rod extender = No movable parts = Fixed Constant tension.
  • ADS = Keep you elongated & variable tension.
I find the ADS right places or is best suited for wearing it at night during sleep. Since it lets you move and sleep in whatever position you want, without having to worry too much.

Silistrecher = ads + be able to hang weight.

It's not more effective, it can aid in the gains appearing/coming faster, because no matter what movement you do, whether you run or sit down, the tension will always be the same.

An ADS once you walk/move/sit, you won't have constant tension, because its variable, for example you hold your cock at 1 lb standing up, but now you sit down, your stomach relaxes even more, now the belt moves a little bit up, no longer extending at 1lb. You could be extending at 1.5lb, 0.5lb...

You will, it will come faster than using an ADS that's for sure. Combine the Rod extender with hanging (remember don't go heavy, dip your feet in before hanging heavy)
Combine with jelqing or stretching and you will see even faster results!

It depends on your body, and how fast can you heal. Remember always to not force yourself, because that will lead to injuries and blisters...

Realistic gains...
I wouldn't dare because everyone is different and what If I give you a false hope? It could lead to you getting demotivated.

You will absolutely see gains, my rule of thumb is to take every month a measurement of BPEL, BPFSL, NBPEL, NBPFSL and base girth due to hanging leading sometimes to girth gains.

Maybe you could be a lucky fucker (xd) Like @DLD and make 2 inches in your first 6 months.
