However my first reaction when I opened up the retail box was "I paid so much for just thus!?". But now I get it. Being lightweight and discreet is a good thing. The mechanisms which make this device work are quite clever. The result is comfortable and utilizes condoms + mild vacuum pressure to make seals that prevent slippage when traction is applied. There appears to be no cinching forces at work with this device.
Even though I am still in the middle of my first trial run with this device (I am wearing for 30 minutes and then checking for blood flow restriction, blisters, etc.,), I am sure I made a good purchase.
This device appears to be worth the money.
