how to hold on

Girth is something that I have spend more time on than length. So I do an intense work-out with pumping, jelqing and SSJ. basicly 5 minutes of each, 3 times. Afterwards I wear a cock ring for 3/4 hours. My girth has increased a lot since I started this routine.

Is it safe to perhaps do the 5x5x3 in blocks rather than rotating? Like 15mins pump and then 15mins SSJ? Reason I ask is cuz I'll do my bundled stretches, and then do as many SSJ as I can before I go soft, then go in the Mityvac for 5 minutes, aaaand...Either I end up cumming or can't get erect afterwards for the next set. I'm happy to train this but how do I work my way up to it? I feel I'm not getting my full workout and I'm kinda lost. There's WAY too many days my dick just won't jive, cuz of stress, whatever it may be. Should I try to increase testosterone in my pre-PE fitness routine perhaps?

To answer your question though, it's involuntary for me. Basically when I exit the pump for the first circuit, I try to go for the second circuit of SSJs, and in an attempt to get erect, end up finishing.
Now, I do have a wife I have to plow on a regular basis, so I don't know if I can go without cumming (unless you want me to avoid finishing before sex is over?), but I could commit to no masturbation if that would help it. Some people say No-Nut increases testosterone but others say regular masturbation keeps the pipes working and I'm not sure which to go with. I don't fap NEARLY as much these days as I used to, but I also wanna keep the blood flowing.

Full routine for me: On a good day, I will do my weight training (the regular one for muscles), then hot shower (increases blood flow to muscles) and during the shower I'll do my bundled stretches, heat helps bloodflow to the penis too. That's my length routine. I get out, then try to do the SSJ/Pump 5x5x3 routine. I use ���� as an erect aid, I'd like to transition to getting erect via willpower alone, but I struggle. I'm bordering on 6" BPL with my weight loss and I know girth will also provide some length too, so I think I should prioritize girth above length, even though I still do bundled stretches cuz that's length work and a warmup in one go. So with that primer, would it be most efficient to power through with my MityVac? What should I wear afterwards for girth? (I bought a Silistretcher ADS but I'm gathering it's best to wear it before girth, so I'm thinking length might have to be a weekend thing.)

Go with the 5x5x3 for best pumping results. Cock ring after for 1 hour sessions where you remove and return good circulation and pump. SiliStretcher fine for weekends but the more the better
