How much Vacuum are you guys using when attaching the SiliStretcher?

Hey Bros! How much Vacuum are you guys using when attaching the SiliStretcher?

What is the optimal amount of turns for
1. A Moderate Stretch
2. A more hardcore stretch
3. For Weights hanging?

Currently my piston is extracted to the max (where the line is) and then I dial it back maybe by 3/4 of a turn, feels pretty comfy but I dont know if its too much and if its gonna spoil the sleeves because it seems to be just a little sucked into the vacuum knob head.

I saw DLD's instructional video on silistretcher application here ([VIDEO]https://mattersofsize.com/video/silistretcher-application.mp4[/VIDEO]) and holy balls he turned the knob from fully extracted to almost fully retracted. So what are your thoughts guys?

personally, i use 1/4 turn when i'm hanging. i am hanging 12.5lbs at the moment. i may need to increase it when i go heavier in weights. when i'm not hanging and just using the silistretcher2 as an ads, i don't turn the vacuum knob at all unless i know that i'm going to pull with more tension. if i add more tension to ads, then i turn 1/8 to a 1/4 turn... not much at at all... just getting a good seal with the sleeve and silistretcher2 creates a little vacuum...

are you hanging yet? how many lbs are you hanging at? i noticed that you said that your sleeves get sucked into the bell a little bit. you can offset this by turning counter clockwise to release some pressure. if you turn too much, your glans might slip out a little bit, though.

i also noticed that you have your duroband on top of the bell. try moving it down so 1/2 of the duroband is on the bell and 1/2 is on the sleeve. it may help you with the sleeve being sucked into the bell. i do this and it helps me with the sleeve from being sucked in. however, i have a different way of strapping into the silistretcher2.

which sleeves are you using? it looks like the silisleeve5 or durosleeve. i started with the silisleeve5 and durosleeve. now, i'm using the silipro and duropro. for me, it's a nice change for the better. the silipro's and duropro's have more grip that helps with hanging.

Yo thanks for the reply man, it really helps to know what others are doing. I'm currently using the SS2 as an ADS and i turned the dial probably like 1 full turn which is probably a bit much! And as of now i'm not sure if i should pack on the weights yet cause I'm brand new in P.E. Previously i went too hard too fast with the stretches and bathmate (pumped too much probably) and got a tear on my frenulum which hurt like a b****. Took me 3 weeks to fully heal the tear and now i'm just planning to go slower.

I'm currently using the Silisleeve5. After 8 hours of use, due to the suction of the sleeves into the cup, the sleeves look pretty distorted now haha LOL. I'd take a picture to upload soon once i'm done with my ADS today just to show what a negative example looks like. I'll probably change the sleeves out for the 3/4 inch sleeve maybe that'll make the seals tighter and i wont have to vacuum as much.

I actually haven't tried out the durosleeves yet! Maybe i'll take your suggestion and change up for the silipro if possible. Right now i'm living overseas so shipping is crazy, takes me $30 USD just to deliver the SS2 to where i am at.

BTW, maybe i could get your help on weights hanging! How do currently hang the weights (sitting or standing) and what program are you using (the SRT pyramid routine?)?? I've got a pretty mobile work (Real estate agent) so I can't wear the SS2 much cause it's not stealthy at all under my formal wear, and most of the time when i do get to wear it I'm deskbound. If i could hang the weights while sitting down that would be great.

@DLD, would you recommend hanging weights or just doing a more intense stretch with the SS2 instead of the moderate healing. I saw a routine you posted over here SiliStretcher Exclusive Length Routine ?? - Matters of Size | Male Enhancement, Body Modifications & Peyronies Forums. Let me know your thoughts!!

no problem at all! i am just glad to help where i can.

yes, i believe 1 full turn to ads would be a bit too much. try to give it a 1/4 turn at a time. use the least amount of turns to hold without slipping out. i can imagine how distorted it would get being in the bell for 8 hours. not only that, i can also imagine there will be a stretch where the sleeve is covering the lip of the bell. i wear it about 4-6 hrs at a time per day and i have stretched out my duroband where it connects on the lip. i do have an extra durosleeve that i cut into 2" pieces to put over the bell once it gets stretched out too much. from what i've been told, the durosleeve is the same as the duroband.

the silipro and duropro are more expensive than their counterparts, but, imo, they are worth the difference in price. they are more soft, but they hold more grip. i can't really describe it, but the inside of the silipro and duropro sleeves are "coarse". they are not smooth in the inside as the silisleeve5 and durosleeve. i believe this helps it prevent slipping as much as the silisleeve5. i have noticed the "softness" of the silipros are much forgiving on my frenulum. now, i don't have a huge sample size, but when i take off the duropro from the bell, there is no "shape" of the lip. i have been hanging with it for about 5 days now and still no "shape" of the lip when i take it off the the bell. albeit, i only use it to hang for about 1 hour a day and i'm not using it for hours on end. currently, i am using the silisleeve5 for ads.

i am not sure if others are having this issue with the silipros or duropros... the issue i came across is the regular silisleeves are not compatible with the pro version. when i ordered mine, i had the idea of using the sleeves in conjunction with each other. however, i noticed a "melting" of the sleeves when the silislleve5 and silipro touched. easy fix for me is that i just use the sleeves separately; silisleeve5 with durosleeve, silipro with duropro. if you decide to order the pro sleeves, try a test and see if the silisleeve5 will "melt" onto the silipro.

i tried to use a 3/4 inch silisleeve5 and it ripped on the vacuum bell after about an hour. i now use only the 1 inch sleeves on the vacuum bell. however, ymmv

wow, shipping to you is expensive, for sure! if you can, to save on shipping, order as many as you can at one time! LOL

currently, i am hanging weights straight down while standing. my chair is kind of low and my setup has a large profile, so it will hit the floor. also, while standing, you can lean forward or backwards to hit the angles a bit differently. i tried to hang btc, but i felt a better stretch hanging straight down. i don't follow any particular routine right now. i am doing 3 sets of 20 minutes at 12.5lbs. i plan on increasing the sets to 5 or 6.

if you have privacy at your desk, by all means, do some hanging! since you say that you're new to this, start off light. maybe 2.5 to 5lbs. i started at 5lbs and moved up 2.5lbs per week ( the lowest weight i have is 2.5lbs ). however, i've been at 12.5lbs for two weeks. just listen to your body, well, penis, and if you feel you can go higher than go for it. once you go higher in weight, you will definitely feel the pressure in the bell LOL
however, there are things that you can do to prevent blisters and decrease fluid retention.

I never really gained a lot from hanging but I did make some growth and the routines that I used I put into the SRT thread and they’re based on pyramid hanging. I would think that lengthmaster stretching is much more powerful than hanging and safer. What I would do is give it a try and see where it brings you. May be working two sets a day for 30 days and see if it affects your growth

I'm rather curious too what is the growth rate for guys usually and how long does it take for growth to happen. I've been on the bathmate for 3 weeks in December, and then i just jumped back on last week again, and this time with the SS2 (Love this product btw LOVE.). I took a few pictures and it kinda seemed like I grew larger and longer over the span of P.E for 1 month? But honestly I'm really not sure if its cause I'm vacuuming harder, or is this some voodoo magic and I really grew ~0.5" in length and girth in 1 month.

I'm taking a leap of faith and posting my gains here (I dont have a very huge donkers but i hope to become bigger!). Please dont judge~ Just sharing my progress thats all. ?

I'm using about 1/2 a turn of the knob now to prevent the sleeves from getting sucked in and it looks way more durable now than it did 2 days ago. As with the rest of the advice, I'll come back on this once I start hanging and trying out the durosleeves (If a pro sleeve is necessary I'll be sure to try to stock up as much as I can). I tried hanging for like 5 mins yesterday with my 5lbs weight for the first time and it felt amazing.... for the first 3 mins, and the fatigue got too much for me haha. Probably need to purchase lighter weights to start off with.

Congratulations on the gains! It is actually quite common for a new brother to make very fast initial gains. What is the total stretching your doing now in total? Let me know and think on it. Awesome pictures! ?Massive head you Lucky bastard! Your wife must be very happy!
 
It feels so good to be vindicated by you coach @DLD! I had absolutely no idea i had a massive head but hearing you say that, DAMN makes all these hours of exercise so worth it.

I'm currently following your SRT program to the TEE.

As for Girth, I'm just following the 5X5X3, the SSJ feels amazing even though its quite hard to keep a full erection for the full 5 minutes. So I'm doing 5 sets of 1Minute each, switching hands between each set to reduce fatigue.

2. Do a full set of stretches with rotation and complete it 4X,
- E.G stretching outwards 30seconds, then stretching out to the left 30 seconds, then stretch out to the right 30 seconds, rinse repeat this 1 set X4.


At the end of the day, my goal is still to increase my length & girth both. I'd love to have a huge girth I think that's super sexy, I'm probably around a 5" now and I'd be really happy to hit 6". As for length... well the pictures pretty much summed it up but I'd love to hit 7 inches in length I think it would look massive on me.

Traditionally it would be the latter but it can be done either way or whatever way you’re more comfortable with. The order does not matter that much as long as you’re getting all your angles in.

no problem, dude. i'm glad to hear that it's working out for you. there will be lots of trial and error while using the ss2. i'm still figuring stuff out for it hehe

hanging weights is fun! as you have found out, just make sure to take it slow. as far as purchasing lighter weights, i don't it will be necessary at first. you can just tie a 16oz bottle( or 24oz, or 32oz, etc... ) to a paracord and attach it to a carabiner, then attach that to the eye hook on the ss2. i know the aesthetics will be lacking, but you got lighter weights! when you start going up in weight and want to use 1lb increments, then get a couple of those. i personally go up 2.5lbs because that's the lightest weight plate that i have and don't plan on buying 1lb plates.

i don't use hydrocortisone cream after the my sessions. i guess i've been lucky and never had to. well, once i did get a blister from hanging straight out with a fulcrum and used polysporin until the blister healed. how is your foreskin reacting after your sessions? are you talking about fluid retention/puffiness?


no worries, no one will judge you for your size. this is why we are all here! this is truly a brotherhood. i commend you on your courage for posting pics. i don't have the courage yet lol... don't take to heart the measurements with the bathmate ruler. just use it as a guideline. also, i see that you're using the comfort pad. this will skew the measurements if you switch up using it / not using it. also, how much pressure is in the tube, etc... the best way to measure is bone pressed measurements.

also, congrats on your gains! keep it up! i've been hanging with the ss2 for the past 1 1/2 months ( ads for 2 months ) and i'm 1/4" longer than when i started (not cemented). now, after a hanging session, i'm 1/2" longer until it goes back to normal. i can't wait until i'm able to start cementing gains.
