First you wanna add lenght then girth thats what i learn from forums and its totally right , 6 months of jelq or manual stretching to condition your peniz then:
Choose one exercise for lenght which i recommend hanging without any doubt and for girth you can jelq or clamp , in my opinion clamp is safer than jelq i get thrombosis from jelquing but i overjelqued i dont even want to tell how much hours per night i jelqued i regret my thrombosis is not healed after 6 months off , dont understimate jelquing.

Remember , 1 exercise for lenght and 1 for girth thats all you'll need dont mix exercises , this is just my opinion you can do whatever you want ofc haha
