Nope, sorry got no experience with the Silistretcher. Maybe someone who has can chime in and help @Darklordz figuring it out? I’m sure someone will as long as @Darklordz gives them his measurements.
Okey. I did not look hard enough, I know you do not have the SiliStretcher. I thought it was about the sleeves.

@BFL can you share your experience?
I believe you have mastered the SiliStretcher, with your sleeping system/solution with it.

But the information about what size to gwt should be on the store page.

You don't want one too snug where you won't have room for expansion during the day/night. I now where mine at work and most nights. I use a 1.7inch bell/chamber while at work as I can hide it easier plus I am awake and monitor it if if starts to feel tight. At night I opt for the larger 2 inch so there is room for any night time erection expansion without feeling too tight. Biggest downside to the 2inch one is I tend to rip my sleeves faster. Obviously you will want to choose closer to the size you are. I have out grown the standard sizes hence the larger ones.

Lastly, I have now found myself using 2 sleeves when using it. I put one on my shaft like normal and 1 to hold the chamber on. I do this to minimize any fluid retention near the glans

My penis in erect size when I stand up is 10,5 to 11 cm when i lie down it’s like 11 cm to 12,5 cm
Girth is 11 cm as well sometime 10

I am not great with metric... But I believe that's appx 3.5cm diameter or 1.38inches. If the math is correct u want the 1.5inch size. Just double ck the math before buying one.

See @Darklordz always some brother on here that can share their experience and one of the many reasons why I love this place. Hope the response of @BFL helped and you now know what size you need. Though double check the math as he said just to be sure.

And a pro tip, try to stay active on here for motivation as this whole PE thing takes time and is more a part of a lifestyle than a hobby. Do yourself a favor as well and start your own progress thread in the MOS members section.

Best of luck on your PE journey.
