i m a newbie in pe concidering myself even if i exercised sometimes last year , i was reading here and there in order to learn more about p.e and i stamped by some posts of some brothers who have had bad experience with jelqing going from venous leakage to ED and i m concerned that i might hurt myself in the future as i m going to level up my routine even if i never had any probleme with jelqing , i ve always had good expansion from it and better EQ the only thing that bother was when trying to perform a jelq from the very base i ve always felt like a light tingling or little electric pain , and i wanted to know how could i replace jelqing with another manual girth exercice ?

the SlowSquashJelq is the most powerful girth exercise outside of the 5×5×3 which you will find an SRT.

thank you for replying , should i start with SlowSquashJelq even if i m a beginner ? and i have a question as i was searching , i found that using other grips while jelqing like U grip or C grip makes it much safer as no pression would be put on dorsal nerves and vein , should i give it a try ?

Maybe next week, waiting for the rest of the shipment to arrive. I have a penalty link and the other part remains.

Do not try SSJ if your penis is not used to beginner exercises......
Do regular jelqing & stretching and then move onto SSJ or other advanced exercises......

And do warm up before any exercise.........

Roger that

I advise you to spend about two weeks on the newbie routine and after that we can transition you into the SRT routine. The newbie routine will build a very good foundation that SRT can work off of.
