So I have a very high LoT. Should I basically be aiming to break down my suspensory ligament with BTC work primarily to maximise gains in the shortest time?

I have a clamp hanger too - how best to maximise this given high LoT?

I would stretch in all positions behind the cheeks, down, out and up making sure you go left, center and right in each position

LoT theory is just that... a theory. Nothing about it is scientific - it is all anecdotal garbage.
The only thing that shows true potential for lig gains is actually how high your shaft exit point is relative to the bottom of your pubic bone. The higher it is, the more inner penis can be "pulled out". Most guys do not have very high exit points.

A clamp hanger is good for BTC, to stretch the ligs, but not best for actual shaft gains, which requires more time under traction. And, in case you are wondering, more weight is not a substitute for time when it comes to lengthening the tunica. I have read too many stories about guys hanging 35+ lbs and complaining about no results, because those bozos thought it would be enough to hang for 20 minutes a day and continue gaining forever.

To answer your question, I suggest you spend a couple of hours hanging BTC every day (6 sets), and slap on an ADS for as long as you can afterwards. Work your way up in stress levels, as your body adapts. Classic SRT in a nutshell.
