It's best to be more descriptive. I think we need to create a pin-up or a Frequent Asked Questions (FAQs) pin up for theses. These questions get asked quite a bit.Max intensity = maximum elongation after sessions.
But it means stretching hard, but do it safely in a progressive way of intensity.
Intensity:
In your own understanding, describe how it feels under tugging and pulling pressure.
How much pressure do you feel when you pull?
How much pain do you feel at your max intensity?
Do you keep tract of your low, medium, and max intensities and what so they feel like?
What is your dynamic intensity feels like? I love this one because everyone is completely different.
