Hard Cord Along Top of Shaft

When elongated I feel a hard cord. In the image provided it appears to run down the top of the shaft. However I mostly feel it right below the head and the first 1-2in down. Is this part of the tunica? Thanks.

What you're feeling is very likely the intercorporeal septum of the penis. This is the structure most refer to when they mention a "steel cord". Every healthy human penis has a septum.

Septum. Ignore the bastard brother. Expressive stretching will get rid of every weak link that is hindering your length gains.
