This is the beginning of my Hanging Journal:
I have done a few days of 10lb hanging and practicing different wrap techniques to…I may have found my go to method by accident and sheer curiosity…will explain after intro. @DLD
I am trying to break a plateau and around a 12month break from any PE. At the end of the last go for my goals I was the following:
BPEL: 7.25
MSEG: 5.5
I have prob lost a little so I’ll say my starting stats are:
BPEL: 7
MSEG: 5.25
My goal is to break the plateau I was at when I stopped around 12 months ago. The plateau was frustrating so I stopped for a bit. During that time I was using the SiliStretcher - All Day Penis Vacuum Stretcher and Weight Hanger for active healing, hanging for short sets maybe once a day, basically a 2 minute thing after using the LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging to perform the beginner length routine.
Now to the NEW routine:
I was inspired by a thread on hanging where moderate sessions around 20-30 min once or twice a day produced a plateau breaker as well as some serious length gains. I gained Girth pretty easy. So I wanted to start.
I am planning on doing the 20min session twice a day with the beginner manual routine twice a day. I will throw in some MityVac - Wet and Dry Penis Vacuum Pump System work periodically as I believe some quality girth pump is good plus the mityvac may help with minor length. I’d like some feedback if this seems like it may break my plateau.
Finally, I found something strange, at least to me, but I figured I’d ask advice as I start this thread. I tried bundled hanging with 10lbs and even jumped to 20lbs in the LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging hanging 10lbs for 20min and 20lbs for say 2-4 minutes. My discovery is I used NO WRAP, NOTHING. I went in totally raw and for some reason I got an amazing hold and the pain was bearable, I can deal with any lig stretch or other minor pain as long as I don’t have that fucked up pinching by the circ line and head, it is the worst. But I got a tremendous pull on what feels like the ligs and internal length. I am monitoring how it feels during the session as I am using no wraps. I plan on continuing this method using bundled straight down hanging with the LM attached much closer to the base. Does this seem ok? Is using no wrap ok? Any feedback is welcomed.
