Hello Everyone!

Current

BPEL: 8.5 inches
EG: tapered. 5.375 average in top half and 5.75 average bottom half (6 right at base)

Goal:
EG: 6 inch at smallest point.
BPEL: Honestly, I don't think I want any more length. I wouldn't mind losing 1/2 inch if I could convert to girth lol.

Issues: I have hypermobile ehlers-danlos. I have a theory that my collagen should be stretchier and give me a greater maximum. But I think I have some slight tissue fragility that will slow me down. Might be greater risk of some bursting..

Experience: long time ago I had a cheap pump. Really didn't work well and I got spots from overpumping which went away. Never saw any actual gains. More recently, I've been doing a bit of stretching according to videos on here though I am gonna give up the length ones. For girth, been doing basic jelqs and some slow squash. I bought a bathmate hydromax9 and was using for a while until it made me pass out in shower which freaked me out and haven't used since. I think if I use a pump again, it will need to be one with a squeeze pump for more steady pumps. The bathmate you gotta compress against you. One struggle I have is I only have a shower, no bath, no chance to submerge with it to keep air out. So, for the last couple months, I've been doing jelqing for about 10-30 mins at a time 1-2 times a week. Not very consistent. Trying to change that and find what is right for me.

I've replied you on another thread but something on this post caught my attention. You said you passed out in the shower while pumping. I've had similar experiences last year concerning passing out while pumping and I'm curious to find out the reason.

In my case, I didn't pass out but I wa getting there so I had to end the session. It's happened a few times last year.

I'm yet to figure out why.

Thanks for reply. Actually, not sure why I said I passed out. I didn't completely pass out. I was pumping while sitting on this chair-like thing in my shower and I suddenly had this overwhelming light-headedness. I was already being super cautious since I had only been using for about 2-3 weeks. So, I had my hand on the release valve and immediately released as soon as I felt woozy. I slumped against the side of shower and I had a panicked feeling. My phone was no where near. I just stayed still for a few minutes and took deep breaths. I tried to figure out what I did differently. 1) This was first time I used the comfort sleeve
2) I did kegels and jelqing prior

Maybe it was a fluke. I had gotten a full pump for 1-2 weeks and never felt off. Kinda sad since the bathmate hydromax9 aint cheap.

My guess is that you exceeded the safe pressure to use with a pump and therefor lost consciousness due to loss of blood from the brain.
The hydroextreme doesn't have a gauge so you need to be very careful when using it.

Pump up until you are expanded, in no pain, and not feeling light headed is my advice.

Can be many things like, blood sugar level...
Can be the blood pressure.
Heat exposure.

Diagnosing someone online is not easy.

Maybe your heart and circulatory system can't keep up with the changes in pressure?
If you stand up fast from lying down, do you get dizzy? If so are your blood pressure (resting) to low or is it at normal levels?
If you have low blood-pressure and are suddenly standing up, and your heart can't keep up, this can make you get dizzy.
Many people experience dizziness when having low blood pressure (to low).

If your body and heart are healthy it should be able to regulate the pressure fast when you are standing up, or change the pressure in your circulatory system with a penis pump (or you have low resting blood pressure). When we get older this ability to fast regulate the blood pressure gets worse. Taking care of your circulatory system is important.

This is what I can come up with. I suggest measuring blood pressure at rest, and after standing up fast.
Also measuring blood-pressure when you are active during the day.

Hope this helps.

I definitely wasn't in any pain from the expansion. I was still being fairly cautious at that point how much I was pumping but tbh I found it hard using the water pump to tell if I was overly expanded since the water distorts the view. This is the hydromax, not the extreme, so my understanding is that when you compress the base, it can only apply so much pressure until the resistance from tissues is equal to the spring force of the compression folds (if that makes sense).

My heart is quite healthy as I have long history of physical activity. All blood work is optimal. Healthy diet and weight. Blood pressure is typically 110/70, sometimes more toward 120/80 depending. Sometimes when I stand up I get that temporary lightheadedness.

Thanks for help.

Your welcome.
The Hydromax is a safe pump to start out with, I started with Hydromax 5 and I'm now are at HydroXtreame 7 Wide Boy (same diameter as 9). I have the belif as well, that you will gain faster if you start at the most fitting pump (not to big).

When you maximize the expansion at the diameter at the base you will get into problems when having the hydromax model. Your tissue will limit your ability to increase the pressure. When this happens you can either implement VacuVin modification or get a bigger pump of the HydroXtreame model.

Always when going up in pump size with Bathmate, you should get the one that fit the best. So I would suggest 7 Wide Boy before 9. I belive they have a 8 version now as well, not sure. Just some informaiton.
It's not the static blood pressure I'm talking about. It's about your body ability to regulate the blood pressure fast.
If you experiance temporary Lightheadedness this can be an indication of what is going on. I'm just putting information out.
The body is a complicated machine.

I just saw this now. When I stand up from bed, I do not feel dizzy. I recall the the two times I experienced this when at a time when I was drinking too much beer. I will run a blood pressure check.

I've not experienced this ever since it happens last year. Maybe a lack of cardio could also be a contributing factor.

I will run sugar level test too.

Thanks for the info brother.

The funny thing how you start mentioning the partial lost of vision or light-headedness. Sounds like blood sugar and/or blood pressure. I have low blood pressure from time to time as well. If I don't exercise for more than a week, my body equalizes the pressure to a lower pressure. Sitting up or standing up fast from a repose position, I get light-headedness. Very common.

However, things can get bad too. There's a way to test if you actually have a blood clot or artery plague build up. Some of the most healthy appearance people dropped dead due to plague buildup in the arteries. Clots tagged along the walls of heavy plagues, and the light-headedness is a resulting symptom. My suggestion is to drink 85mg baby aspirin daily in the morning for the next 30 days to test if that sufficiently help in eliminating the symptom. If it does, time for a good old balance diet and exercises. Plague reduction medication also helps very fast. I like the tough it up and pushing it hard approaches.

The brother got it covered. But make sure to cover all your bases for health reasons.

Thanks for suggestion. I think I have my bases covered on general health. I had my ApoB tested in Dec and it was 71 mg/dl which is ideal. Pulmonary function test was good. Echocardiogram was good. Testosterone still in 700s.

Whether standing up causes lightheadedness depends a lot. I had a little bit during PT today. I was doing shoulder therapy and was alternating sides on a PT table for about 10-15mins so I think that was enough but it lasted like 3-5 sec tops. I've never felt lightheaded if I get up in middle of night to use bathroom. Sometimes if I do a crouch/deepsquat in front of the oven checking on the meal, when I stand straight up, I get it for like 2-3 sec. Never had an issue while exercising.

I have Ehlers-danlos hypermobile type which can be a bit problematic. It affects the elasticity of collagen which is in the arterial walls.

I recall plugging into chatgpt and it suggested Vasovagal syncope, which is usually harmless.

Mind did last 2 to 5 seconds as well, based on how long I've remained stationed, heart rate at rest (normally at 62 to 65 bpm), and how fast I moved from rest before force my heart rate up. Now, I force my heart rate to rise at least 15 bpm for a minute from rest before become mobile. I don't get that temporary black out any more. Even more so after I cycle harder and faster up the hills between 800 to 1200 ft climbs of pure resistance training. The habit to prevent suddenly pressure drops and rises still stuck with me.

But having Ehlers-danlos hypermobile may play a certain reduction of routine in your aggressive PE. Do try lower intensity first to see if that works. Progression may be slower but safer. Until your body is programmed after so many months of low intensity, moderate to higher intensity can be introduced afterwards. Medical logs are always encouraged for tracking.

A lot of amazing information in this thread. I have personally experienced episodes of orthostatic hypotension during significant caloric restriction. I did not test specifically, but I have to guess it was lower blood sugar contributing to it from the reduced calorie intake.

Yep! When my blood sugar is low after cycling, and I don't eat within 2 hours, my body shakes and blood pressure drops. Initial symptoms are shaking, follows by hunger cravings, then slowly migrating into hazy mind to lightheadedness. It just means your body craves fuel, especially complex carbs, for metabolic and neuropathy functions. It's a survival instinct to either eat or hibernate.

I don't experience this, and I can go all day without eating.

More some, they are blessed with systematic balance and doesn't effect them as much. For those who have high-low swings, which tend to be a mass majority of the population, this happens. You don't notice it when you're younger, but the moment you hit 35 to 40 years of age, the symptoms come out and say hello a bit harsher. My kids are very active, and they feel it around 10AM if they don't eat anything by then. This can be trained to suppress the symptoms for weight loss purposes, but I rather not. Once you program your body to adjust for too long, the weight rebounds upward is extremely harsh as the body will grab and store everything as fat.

Interesting information above.

I have not experienced this rebound you are talking about.
