I was just thinking about what i had and tried this out; i took one ace bandage and tied it to a door and on the other side i put my half of the shaft in the middle of the bandage and over lapped it, next i took the ace bandage i clamp with and wrapped it as if i were clamping, finally i clamped it off. Its very comfortable and easy to change intensity. Give it a shot
