Hey everyone Gainz here. Since i last posted i have been training hard with PE figuring out the ends and out with DLD paying close attention and i believe we have a breakthrough! I got my first .1 gain in the last 6-9 months of me following the SRT program. What i found out is that i was missing 2 things. TIME & INTENSITY. I did the exercises but didn't have enough follow up. ( No stretching of the tissue while healing, no SG work while healing)
My goal is still 9in NBP by 6.5/7 midshaft girtth. Before PE i was 6.5 NBP/ 4.8MG, to now 7.1 NBP 7.5 BP/ 5.1 MG. My flaccid mark went from 7.5 to 7.6 so we are making gains now. Every time i make a new gain i will post an update!

Congratulations my brother! I’m having so much fun working with you and I’m so glad it is fruitful. I truly hope other men follow your example and reach out for help if they are having issues. I’m so pleased with your growth and I’m really looking forward to the rest of this journey
