Fresh Start after 1 year of PE

Been using the ace bandage and it’s been working well. Also, has anybody successfully straightened out a slight curve to their penis? I have a slight one that is becoming more apparent as I gain size. How could I fix this?

I’ve always preferred the ace bandage to every other wrap. I have created a curve but it’s the same method what you’re creating a curve or you’re trying to rid yourself of a curve. The usual discourse is to do jelq s bands against the curve. Also pumping while erect for five minutes at a time will also aid in pulling your Tunica straight. And some people say they have success with an ADS but I have not tested that method.
 
Mine curves to the left and I’ve tried an ADS but it didn’t work. Guess I’ll just keep going for now and possible use a pump whenever I get the chance to buy one. If anyone has ever corrected their curve let me know what you did.
 
Think doing Jelqs against the curve will help

Have you tried to erect jelqing against the bend? Also erect pumping will help too. I never corrected the curve but I have addeda curve by erect jelqing in the direction I wanted to curve. In your case you’ll be jelqing against it.
 
I haven’t tried that always thought it was a little dangerous. Definitely will try it out but I’m going to start slow because I haven’t been jelqing much.

It is always wise to take your time and master something before you go full out. Very smart my brother.
 
I recommend adding a pump to your routine. Pumps ..it will help a lot it will get your penis use to holding a lot of blood in in and you will have stronger & longer erections

Never really committed to a pump but maybe I’ll throw one into the routine. Haven’t seen much science to support it but there’s been guys on forums who have gained only using a pump.

Yes, with Pumps alone only help for temp gains...but using with PE routines helps with permanent gains they have some on here you can start out with Hang-lower

I get a weird aching feeling on the left side of my head when I go longer than five minutes. Definitely feel like I’ve been gentle too. Other than that, I’ve been stretching for two 15 minute sessions a day and staying wrapped up in between sessions. Haven’t measured but EQ has been great. Took these maca man pills that are from GNC and looked bigger than normal but obviously that’s due to the maca.

I was talking about jelqing. I don’t have a pump yet.

I understand now. If this is the case go five minutes at a time there is no minimum or maximum it’s what works best for you or in this case what is most comfortable for you.
 
Going to try to really up the intensity and duration of stretching. I’m going to do a 2 month challenge to try to gain as much as possible. After slightly losing some gains from inconsistent PE, I am back to 6 inches NBPEL. My goal is to gain 0.25 inches.

Can I suggest a stretching routine? If you’re looking for that go to the newbie routine and use the stretches outlined there. If you have a LM use it for these stretches because you will grow so much faster in doing so. Gaining a quarter inch is a snap!
 
I’ve been doing the newbie routine stretches as much as possible. Currently getting to about 45-60 minutes a day before I feel like I need to stop due to the tissues being very fatigued. I usually wrap after this and continue to do light stretching throughout the day.

never stop stretching when you have fatigue that is the best time to stretch. Let me explain; when you’re feeling fatigue it means that your pelvic floor muscles over train and put into a state of exhaustion. When this happens the pelvic floor muscles cannot hold back on the stretch you’re making so 100% of that stretch is going to tissue without interference from the pelvic floor muscles.

I’ve never thought about it like that but it does make a lot of sense. Crazy how there’s still so much to learn about PE even after being in the community for a while.
