My opinion the best option is being plant based! When you eat animal protein it takes a long time to digest; red meat especially can take up to three days to break down. This clogs the arteries making blood flow not as strong. I think smaller portions of animal protein if your not willing to be plant based is a good option avoid red meat. Eat as healthy as you can with as little amounts of sugar caffeine and processed foods as possible and avoid saturated fats. Keep the blood flowing as much as possible.

Also dairy is a pretty dirty food to stay away from does the same stuff with the clogging. I know when I cheat and have pizza the next day or two my eq isnā€™t the best also alcohol is shitty too.

I think this should be made into a sticky thread. At my age, I'm still not eating as healthy as I'm suppose to.

Beef is what I mainly eat. Probably not healthiest but it's all I like. With food prices it's whatever I can afford

I've been into fitness and dieting ever since I was 16.
Ive even done bodybuilding shows.
When it comes to PE and food, blood flow is key.
There are many ways to do this. But the easiest and cheapest is going to drink a gallon of water a day.
Foods high in L-citrulline also help.
Watermelon is a great one for that if you don't want to use supplements.
Also, make sure your healthy fats are in order. Beef, fish (salmon) eggs, are all amazing for your health.
Also healthy fats keep hormones and testosterone in check.
I could go on forever on this topic so if you need any more advice feel free to reach out!

and stupid expensive here in the USA along with everything else. We live in a sad time. Gas is practically $6 a gallon, most of the time I have to choose between eating and driving. We are suffering with this government big time. To think only 3 years ago gas was only $1.87 a gallon sad šŸ˜”
