What really is the problem with fluid buildup? I see people take certain precautions to prevent it, but why exactly? What are the cons? It doesn't seem to harm gains from what I've seen. Anyone have any particular thoughts or reasons? I pump with the bathmate sometimes purposely for 10 minute intervals because personally I like some fluid buildup and the plump feeling, sure it does stick around too long just until the next day usually but this is also why I don't understand why people work to avoid this. Love to hear any comments on this.
 
One thing is that over time too much of fluid retention can stretch the skin more than what you bargained for.
At least so I've read.

I'd put those retention sessions to very minimum, at least very heavy retention ones. I did (and can) like the massive feeling, but it does fade somewhat quickly anyhow.
For possible "sexy times" with the right partner, why not, but for better gains, more true gains!, I'd avoid excessive fluid retention.

Little retention is quite normal and that I can live with. But the doughnut head and stuff, not for me thanks.
 
thing is that I really do not get doughtnut but did before I started PE but now my entire shaft is what is all evenly plumped up so it looks like its just plain big, no weird puffed areas, is it maybe just an actual pump? It lasts until the next day.
 
I don't think it's detrimental to gains. But, it's not an indicator that you've had a good workout. It's simply fluid swelling in the skin, rather than actual expansion from an internal increase in blood pressure, which is what we are after with girth work.
 
I just accept FR as a by-product of pumping, but I've noticed that the higher my EQ the lower my FR (so that might be something)
well my EQ is definitely at the highest quality it has ever been, but maybe that means it can get even harder ?:i That would be awesome because this morning my wife was squeezing it while she was putting a condom on me and saying it is the hardest it's ever been. I just said yep its getting to be a healthy penis right ? and she said "very healthy" and instead of just putting a bit of lube on it like usual she put the lube on and just kept squeezing lol.

Makes total sense, would you say that if I continue to pump at the length of time and pressure that can bring on FR that soon maybe I would not get FR because of penis adaptation? Thanks for the advice guys.
 
You do not want fluid retention what you want is tissue expansion and this is very easily attained following SRT. If you use the 5×5×3 work out, where you use the SSJ in between pumping sets. I encourage you to look at that work out, give it a try and see if this brings you the type of expansion you desire
 
thanks DLD I would like to try all of those out, for some reason I have trouble finding the routines on the site, am I not looking in the right place? the 5x5x3 work out is five minutes pumping for 3 intervals right? and the super squash jelqs I keep seeing different explanations for how to do the exercise.

The best routine on the site is SRT and everything I’m teaching you comes from that routine. Have a readthrough SRT and see if there’s areas that help you. You can do the whole routine or you can customize it for yourself. But I suggest reading it through first and coming back with any questions you may have.
 
You will find with a good quality erection, the FR is not so pronouced, as already stated.

Lots of FR regularly, can lead to the skin being stretched, but this IMHO is not a bad thing, when you are on the path to gainis, becuase that excess skin will be filled out with new penis at some stage.

I used to use a condom inside the bathmate back in the days to reduce swelling, but now we have Silicone sleeves sold on the site, that have been made with QUALITY In mind, and I have x3 sleves from MoS which are TOP notch quality, none of this cheap shit you find everywhere else.

These silicone sleeves can be used in so many ways its sick, and I will be doing a thread next week on how effective they are. For example, you can use them with hangers of all types to helps with grip, reduce fluid with vacuum hangers or extenders, lengthmaster, pumping, and sizegentics if you prefer.

This leads me nicely to full prevention of FR, and to really concentrate all the energy in a session on future gains, and that is through SRT as DLD said, the 5x5x3 is the future now, and we have come on so far in the past 10 years with how we train the penis, that FR should become very minimal now.

As long as it doesn't harm my gains, I will never bother myself about it.
