Hi,

About 4 days ago, I was doing the 5x5x3 and afterwards, I got a donut effect. It doesn't happen often and it I didn't use much pressure on the pump. Usually it would not bother me as it usually disappears after about 12 hours. However, I have edema on the bottom right side of my foreskin that still hasn't disappeared. The pain feels like a scrape. I've tried hydrocortisone and polysporin. I haven't done any PE in 4 days as I'm waiting to heal. If I press the area I can feel the scrape-like burn and I also feel a little hardness there like it could be a vein. I wasn't sure if you can get thrombosis in the underside foreskin area? I'm not sure if I went too hard on the SSJs and the pumping made it worse. I usually heat a rice sock up and warm up for at least 5 minutes before my workout. Any one have any ideas? I'm hoping it's just something minor and not thrombosis.

Thrombosis is not a serious injury it just takes time to heal. When you feel the vein is it painful? The scrape feeling you have, is this on the skin? Are you still swollen and if so has it reduced at all?

@DLD When I press down on the vein is when I feel the scraping burning feeling. It feels like it's on the skin. I'm still swollen as well. I've added 2 pictures in flaccid state to better show.

Do not think that it is thrombosis it appears to be swelling most likely due to tge skin injury. You must have scraped yourself somehow. What were you doing at time of injury? The swelling is not bad and from the way things look it should heal within a week or so. Use heat and gentle massage

Are you performing the SSJ with lube or dry?

I was doing the 5x5x3. I maybe went to hard during the SSJ

I’m using aqua gel for lube. It does feel somewhat like a carpet burn but I do feel hardness underneath the swelling.

As I think about it a little more... About 10 days ago I used the length master and wrapped as instructed. But I must have screwed it down too tight as I had the swelling in that same area after I finished my stretching routine. It was like a big blister. I waited a few days for it to go down and then switched back to manual stretching. I wonder if it didn’t quite heal all the way and the extra expansion from the girth work re-aggravated it.

That sounds like the source more than thrombosis. Be sure to allow it to fully heal before continuing. When you wrap next time be syou wrap smoothly without any wrinkles in the wrap so no more blisters happen. Also you may consider going dry with the SSJ, this allows you to feel much better and avoid injury. I have always gone dry without incident with the SSJ.

Will do. I find it somewhat difficult to stay 100% erect without lube. I'll have to try and train my mind to not need it. Thanks for the help.

Maybe try a thicker lube like vaseline?
