DLD I cant get a responce

DLD I have been trying to get Lightning to give me my new pass word but cant get a response. I'm not trying to get something for free if thats what he thinks. I went back in my files and found the old transaction info if you want it for proof I will send you a scan of it. I jest went to hi speed Internet (from 24k to 3mb a sec) so I can finally download some stuff.

I'm having the same problem...been a payed member since 03, but recently tried to login and it doesnt work. I PM'd DLD but got no response. Can I email you the transaction email as well to "reactivate" my account?
