Discoloration since 8 Months still not going away

Because I had already tried the cortisone cream for the dark spots on the shaft and my skin didn't lighten, only this time unfortunately and especially on the upper part. Where it should not be! I tried as best I could to take a photo where you can see it clearly, unfortunately you can't see it very well in the picture but I have marked it and hope that you can see it clearly.
I see it. Common skin bleaching. It's definitely a high reaction of the compounds from heated alkaline environment. It will normalize soon. Bleaching causes skin to lighten fast. Pigmentation darken it back over time. Think about your hair being highlighted and returns to it's original color.

I also did a bit of research and there are a few cases of people who have used cortisone cream, for example on their face, and also had light spots. Some of them said they went away on their own in 2-3 days, for some not. I hope that won't be the case for me. So now I've just showered and put Aloe vera gel on it. I really didn't need that 😞. I'm trying to get rid of my dark infection and now I'm getting a light one instead! Do you think it will normalize on its own?
It will. Pigmentation is quite fast. As I have told another brother, if you want shading, expose your penis to red light therapy lamps or the full exposure to the sun for an hour a day.

By the way, my skin irritation on my Skin testicles came about because I had the stupid idea of rubbing Retinal Cream on the shaft in extreme hot weather where you are sweating the whole day wearing a underwear, and some of the cream came also on my testicles where the skin is definitely more sensitive then on the shaft. Plus the heat in my underwear, which irritated everything even more. which gave me the next stupid idea of using cortisone cream in the heat and then wearing underpants. 😔
Yeah. Not a good idea. Some will get irritation just salty heated environment alone. Add cortisone to the mix, it's an unpredictable outcome. This is why I go commando.

I have to recommend again what I said in the begining, it seems you went down the cream route. Now go to 3 different urglogist, start RED + NIR for 30 min a day for 3 months and let us know how healthy your penis is. I believe you need to get a healthy and strong penis and then do what ever experiement you want. Also, not during RED + NIR but before or after if you are doing some stretches or jelq or pump just consider coconut oil.

I hope it won't take as long as it did with my dark discoloration. That is almost a year old and nothing has changed. I hope it isn't like that. It's the last thing that I would need. That really makes me sad.

Should I keep using the Coconut Oil and Aloe Vera Gel. For the Irritation? What about the Salicylic Acid routine? Should I continue with it? Nothing has changed so far in the dark spot area.

Aloe is perfectly fine. Just make sure you wash the residue of salicylic acid off completely with warm water and soap, damp dry very well, only apply aloe on after the skin air dry for a few minutes.

What about the Salicylic Acid routine?
Give a three days break before continuing. That allows the skin to recover.

Give another month. If it doesn't work, switch to a different method of lightening. There are at least a dozen of chemical lightening solutions. We will fine one that you will be able to use for a long time.

Be sure to always wash off all fluids off you penis and equipment or you risk a broken pump.

Well, actually, I started this Cream route because of my problem with the dark spots caused by the injury. I described my case if you read my post at the very beginning. I never did PE training. But unfortunately I ended up here in the injury section. This device is definitely good, no doubt about it, but I don't think it will help in my case, even if I can order it internationally. It doesn't make sense here from Germany, it's just too much effort, so I'm just trying to find the best therapy and solution that's close to me and that's just these creams for me.

Hello Brother @oldandlively, it's been two weeks now since the light spot caused by the Cortisone cream and I don't really see any change. I've uploaded a current photo from today but somehow I can't see that it's darkening. I put Aloe Vera on it and nothing else.

Could it take longer or is this also something that takes several months or years? For some people I read in the internet that it went back to normal for them after two days, but it happened in the face. Could it take even longer in my case? That really annoys me. Apart from that, I only put the cream on it once and not for several days. That something like that can happen from just one time it’s unbelievable.

Since your penis is hidden from sunlight, it's unpredictable unless you expose to the sun or red light therapy. If you want fast pigmentation, that's the only way to go if you worry about darken skin for lighten spots.

The face is exposed to the UV spectrums. That allows pigmentation to occur faster. No light, slower pigmentation.

Chemo-bleaching. It's a phenomenon that as predictable as a free delicious meal. You never know what mother nature throws at you as you use manmade chemicals that do not have all the predictable variation.

With a Hypopigmentation, especially like in my case caused because of a cream and not an injury, normally the body should start producing its own Melanin production in the skin again, even without sun exposure.

Of course, it is way more slower than if I were to expose myself to the sun or red light. But normally it is also a process that the Body does itself, maybe I need to give it a bit more time? Skin cell regeneration may also take longer. In my cases, everything seems to take longer. Unfortunately.

I hope it won't be such a long story like with the dark spots. It’s getting more and more complicated ironically. 😕

If one of the Brothers here had the same problem or had a similar experience about lighting with a cortisone cream, he is welcome to share his experience and knowledge with us.

Yes, the body does generate the melanin over time. Unfortunately, when the clothing covers the skin, the melanin that generates the pigmentation to match the surround is much, much, much slower. This can be observed by performing the same experimentation on your skin that's likely to expose to the UV spectrums, such as your arm. Say you have an abrasion, your skin healed, but you cover it with clothing that will not allow UV spectrums to cause the pigmentation to occur due the darkening of the melanin, the healed area will take quite a bit of time to reach the same coloration as every other part of the exposed skin.

Yes, it will take a bit more time. Where the sun don't shine, it will take a bit longer. As long as pains and anomalies, beside skin bleaching, does not occur, be patient and continue on with your own quest for skin lightening from hyperpigmentation for the rest of the penis.

Hahahaha. Welcome to the complexity of the biological world my brother.

I wish more brothers chime in with every little issue they have. They don't believe that small issues worth the reporting, but in fact, it helps quite a bit in revealing the complexity of strangeness during PE.

Then all I can do is just wait and see. Two weeks have passed now. But l'll wait another two weeks and I will observe. My patience is being tested even more now. As if I not already had enough with the hyperpigmentation downside.

It's just annoying that now it's worse, I would rather not have used the cortisone cream. The irritation on the skin of the testicles has already healed. Aloe Vera gel would have been sufficient. I didn't have to use cortisone, especially when it's very warm and heat and sweat build up in my underwear.

You learn new things all the time in life. There are things that you don't expect that happens later but didn't at the start. Chemistry changes as you age. This is why the PE journey is not a simple thing, but a living and ever changing things.

It's a shame that it's like that, because honestly, everything here, the training and of course the injuries is like a Big puzzle and every little piece of the puzzle is important. So normally everyone should give when they see a case that they themselves have experienced, give a little feedback to help others. Because in the end, as the saying goes, the devil is in the details.
