Hello
I got bathmate but it was freaking me out that i didn't have pressure gauge. So for now i did the attached setup. Connected the MityVac - Wet and Dry Penis Vacuum Pump System gun and water trap to the bath mate extreme connector.
My question is: even regardless of that. Do i really need that long tubes between the gun and the water trap, and between water trap to the actual cylinder? Is there a reason for it that long? I found it to be very messy to handle in such length. Can i just cut it in a half at least and reconnect it?
Thanks

Yes. If needed, you you can replace the hose with 1/4in vinyl/silicone hose.

Dope!

I have some questions.
I have the MityVac now, but how do you prevent the water from getting into the MityVac vaccum pump?
Last time it didn't work for me and I got water inside my vaccum pump.

The handle did fall off, due to the water inside the pump.

I was forced to open everything up, so it would dry up completely.

Do I need to pump slowely for the water trap to work?
My water trap kept filling up.

SIM, my suggestion is to use a larger liquid trap. I used 1L to 4L volume size in the past to prevent my pumps from dying as well. Something like this:

Okay thanks for the recommendation.
It's just that my Bathmate pumps are so fast to pump with compared to this.

But I will for sure try this.
I felt I got a better and more even expansion in the MityVac cylinder, compared to my Bathmate pumps.

The problem is my banana curved penis. It gets pushed to the right + up, and get somewhat stuck (when using Bathmate). Also it feels like there is more suction at the base with Bathmate.

By the way, do this trap need to be so expensive, or can a cheaper one work?

@oldandlively, Can a water separator for a compressor work do you think?

Probably not.

?

User error.

But the water trap is kinda small. You need to check the water trap so you do not fill it all the way up. I got water inside the vaccum pump this time as well. I hope it will be fine, because I can't disassemble it all the time.

What I did was to disconnect the MityVac pump from the cylinder when the water trap was almost full.

Then remove the water from the trap and then connect it again to the cylinder (the cylinder keeps pressure without the pump connected). I can see why people are liking the MityVac pumping system now.

I got so much control with this in comparison to Bathmate where I have no gauge. But for me the water trap is to small.

Here are 3 pictures, this is the 2.5" wide cylinder.

If I had a bigger water trap it would have been even better.
Good pump I have to say.

I need to stick with water pumping that is for sure.

My suggestion is not. More work and less effectiveness than the mod is worth. Some did that in the past and it did not fare well.

Okay thanks for the feedback.

I don't understand one thing.

Why is the water trap that's include with the MityVac so small, it makes no sense at all to me?

If you want to go high vaccum/pressure the water trap will fill up before you know it.

You can disconnect it from the cylinder and empty it without loosing vaccum in the cylinder.

But if you re-attach the pump and water trap again, you will introduce air into the cylinder and you will need to restart, in order to have an even expansion of your tissue.

If you get water inside the MityVac pump handle, and the gauge. You will destroy it with enough time. I don't understand it, or is it that I'm over the normal pressure?

Today I pumped up to 10, but the only way to do this was to get water into the pump handle. Even at 7 I risk getting water into the MityVac pump handle and the gauge.

I just want to understand why the water trap is so small?

By the way I do not write this to criticize the MityVac.
I think it's a wonderful pump...but I believe it can be more optimized for water pumping if there was a bigger water trap included. Just 1000 ml would be enough for 1 set. I just want to help improve equipment...I hope MoS Shop are reading this.

I think it's intended purpose is as an air pump. Try it with air and lotion, you'll probably have a better time with it.
