Cant gain girth

Bro ... I started doing everything the way you said, it went well but ...I have a problem with vacuuming the bathmate. It actually works but when I try to do a routine it suddenly lets out air. Could it have something to do with my fat pad? Its about 3 inches fat.

The Vacuum system works on the principle of removing air from an air-tight (sealed) area and create pressure. Any two separate pieces joined together in the vacuum system require some type of seal. There are only 3 places on the Bathmate that can compromise the vacuum pressure. The cylinder itself, the air-valve, or the Gaiter.

Use the Bathmate with water and do your normal routine. If water leaks you will know immediately where it's leaking from. If air leaks and no water, it's the air-valve...

Air leaking from the valve is what i hate about the bathmate extreme. Personally, I think it is a bad idea to open the valve to clean it. Most people complaining about air leakage from the valve, started having the problem after opening the valve to clean it.

How long have you been using it?
Pumps specifically for girth gains.
Extenders are mainly length gains
I was gaining with bathmate using it for a month!
I started 5 X 5 X 5. when I got used to it I switch to.
10 X 10X 10X. 1-2mins Jelking and Messaging.
Then,
I made my own routine:
15 X 15 Max! 1-2mins Jelking and Messaging.
Mixing being Flaccid, Semi, Hard.

I always mix my routines even body training. So body doesn't have the chance remember!
An most important it your body. Adjust your routine for you! We are all different. Experiment but, please don't break body you only one take....Lol... I would like to have a cats life span of 9 Lives. :p

Which of the bathmate are you using? Is it the extreme?

Your routine would be completely simple it would take you no longer than 45 minutes a day. I will even write it out for you right here right now and guarantee you that within two months you’re going up to a half inch in girth.

before you start do five minutes of bundled stretching, 2 1/2 minutes to the left and 2 1/2 minutes to the right.

The SRT 5×5×3
Five minutes SSJ
Five minutes Bathmate
Five minutes SSJ
Five minutes Bathmate
Five minutes SSJ
Five minutes Bathmate

Wear your cock ring to keep your penis in a pumped state for 2 hours.

Before bed do the testicle health massage and stretch found in the newbie routine.

done
Can I add a clamp with DLD bands to this routine?

I would avoid clamping completely there’s too many side effects and dangerous that can happen. And then I have these things can be permanent. If you plan clamp at your own risk because I cannot advocate for it.

DLD Does Not Advocate Dangerous...
...
Clamping is an Advance, High-Risk Method for doing Girth-Training

The negatives are: Develop thrombosis, rupture blood vessels, rupture the Urethra and other serious damage issues. If you don't understand the physics of pressure, the exertion of large force, it can easily get out of control. It 's like driving a high-performance vehicle with an extreme amount of horsepower, say a Koenigsegg Regera that has 1,479bhp and you never have driven a vehicle in your life. Not even in a video game... The outcome will be disastrous

I know it's a risk. I just wanted to hear your personal experiences from that routine, such as benefits or how to approach / understand the routine correctly. But ok, thanks anyway. @DLD @Threak-X

Clamping is about Pressure and Duration, finding the right balance for the proper amount of damage control.
Just like driving the Koenigsegg Regera and having all that massive power, you have a responsibility to use it properly. Driving that High-Performance Vehicle the first time, you would go extremely slow in it and only a short amount of time. Over time you drive it you would keep a slow pace in short durations. All the while over time you're slowly learning how to handle it. Until you began to know what it feels like and what to expect from it. So, you want off that plateau and you push it a little harder and go upward a bit. Repeat the process until you're ready to push yourself to the next plateau and keep repeating the process. As time passes you will move up each plateau to doing more pressure and duration quicker and quicker on each next plateau until reach your final destination.

The general rule when you take on a new Physical endeavor is to "Go Low, Go Slow. Meaning, start with low pressure/tension and low amount of time - duration. As stated in the beginning, "Clamping is about Pressure and Duration", Just go low on the pressure and go slow on the duration. Stay focused on what you're doing, stay acute to all negative Physical Indicators. To induce and manipulate physical changes it takes a process and time to develop into what you want. It should not be push too fast at first to reach your desire goal. We all want to get there soon as possible, don't get too overly zealous, and rush yourself, be patient and take your time with it. The small daily steps is how you reach your destination safely and unscathed.

Patience is a struggle, thanks bro.

With your permission I would love to change the name of this thread. Every day you see the name of this thread it just reinforces in you that you cannot put on girth. Allow me to create a more positive title or give me a more positive title. I guarantee you this will help you in your journey

I love this comment of mine and the image of the bear smashing the office desk. Can't stop laughing.

It seems a pattern that people who try only girth work don't see any progress, you aren't the first to report this. I'm not sure why, but including some length work seems to help. I always did both at the same time and saw gains for both. Pumping seems not to be great for permanent gains in of itself, it makes me wonder if all the temporary gains you have been seeing are from the pumping alone. I was also reading that you "push" on your penis when it is clamped and I'm not sure what you mean by this. If you ignore the pumping you do, the girth work you do is intense but for a relatively short duration. That sort of exercise has the risk of toughening the tunica, usually people are recommended to start lighter and push harder from there.

I disagree with what you said about people not gaining girth when they focus on girth work alone. Most of these people don't increase the pump pressure while pumping. Most of them stay at 5hg throughout their sessions, they also don't do kegels while pumping and they don't maintain an erection inside the pump.
