for some reason, mostly stress and work, I can not seem to stay on a routine, I start hanging weight, or pumping, and within 2 weeks I am skipping days, and demotivated to even to a routine.
@Minceydice - I have been looking for a good wrap for the LM. I am on the slim girth end, and have been using only silicone sleeves as padding. It works, but my dick ends up pretty flattened-out on the chamber and I still slip a little. What’s your wrap method and how do you minimize slippage/creep?Ah yes you need the length master , if you get a really good wrap it's so easy to stretch with that thing. Honestly without the the LM my motivation to do workouts would be so low bc I would not be getting gains nearly as fast. Since I've been doing my routine I've been seeing really nice gains and that motivates me a lot to keep pushing on.
This is my constant battle as well @bandit2010 ! I have been working on not beating myself up when I lapse and concentrate on how good I feel even after some work. @Minceydice is right that of you frame it as a “production” it is easier to bail because it is “a lot of work”. I have fallen into this myself. I started supplementing my main sessions with “Micro Sessions” of small bursts of exercises, many that can be done concealed under clothes or with short bathroom breaks. I posted one routine this week...yeah I know, it just seems like something gets in the way , its either work, or something here at home.
Cool...where do you place the edge of the chamber closest to the glans? 1” behind? Or do you clamp down closer to the base?I use a gauze wrap that u can buy from cvs and sports pre wrap, I wrap the pre wrap about a cm from the had then wrap with the gauze in between that area and the head, I then wrap around the edge of the tip.
