can not seem to stay on a routine.

Dld you pretty much hit the nail on the head, far as breaking it down to shorter sessions though out the day, that is impossible, most times it is due to tiredness, yes I do need to get a adds, but I don't know about wearing it while at work.

The Phallosan is a wonderful ADS that is complete concealed when wearing. So you can easily wear this to work but even better you can wear it through the night while you sleep! Pretty much eliminating the need to do length to work.
 
yeah that is what I was thinking, also yeah having someone to hold me accountable and help guide me would be great.

I am usually excited about doing my training.

This is good- and one way to ensure you keep your motivation high is to make sure your mind stays fresh. You can do this by making sure to rest your mind from any thoughts and pressures of training when you're not training or educating yourself.

Is there a specific period after training when you begin losing your excitement for training?
 
I couldn’t wait to come home tonight to do my posting as I was busy all day. When I came in to this thread I expected maybe one or two replies, but then when I saw how much help Bandit was given I almost cried! The altruism present in the brotherhood right now is what I have always dreamed the brotherhood would be. My Brothers you make me happy and you have made my dream come true!

The things that are easy to do are also easy not to do; accumulated neglect and indolence will create lackluster desired results.

Doing PE is a discipline, which requires the proper thinking and attitude towards it to be successful.

Train in the morning then. T levels are higher, and by getting your workout out of the way first thing the rest of the day will go forward with that sense of accomplishment of your having done your workout.
