Caffeine effects on PE?

With caffeine being a vasoconstrictor, how much would you say it’s consumption affects your PE results? And if there is an adverse effect, how much caffeine could someone consume before it becomes detrimental to one’s progress?

I currently drink 3 energy drinks a day (I know it’s grossly excessive, but I know anyone currently or formerly in the military can relate LOL). I’m hoping if I can wane down on these, to the point where I can get through a day with 1 or 2 small cups of coffee at most, that I’ll see faster progress in my PE.

Be interested too, I have few teas a day and before gym I have a pre workout which is sili high in it

To be honest with you when I drank a lot of coffee my flaccid hang was much better. Today I drink very little coffee and I tend to turtle more.

Is it coffee or caffeine? I think the poster of this thread was referring to Caffeine.

Caffeine has no factor at all, when it comes to how fast you gain.

Actually, caffeine does play a positive role in PE as it's a dilation mechanism for blood in moderation. If you plan on chugging energy drinks to get the caffeine, you're fooling yourself. Same with loading sugars and dairy payloads into a cappuccino shot.

Caffeine, like L-critrulline malate, can be extremely beneficial acting as a delivery catalyst when consume in moderation and with proper benefits in mind. I drink coffee and tea, minus all the sugars and dairy (prohibit uptake of nutrients to deliver into the bloodstream). You can use non-dairy products but do not drink sweeteners as they do slow down your PE gains due to their bioaccumulative biochemical blocker capabilities for cellular synthases and hormone production.

Very interesting.

Do dairy prohibit uptake of nutrients to be delivered into the bloodstream, alone? or is it only true when combined with tea or coffee?

Unfortunately, yes. It has been an ongoing war between the dairy industries ans the scientific communities about dairy reduction on nutrient absorption for decades now. The collaboration from international scientific consortium confirmed that whole milk is beneficial by itself with the limited nutrients and fat within the milk volume, but any additional nutrients from diets and supplements will be reduced at least 60%. Lower fat concentration does not do anything. This is due to the interaction of iron blocking enzymes and unique inhibitors.

But don't toss cheeses out the door. Cheeses are fine.

Very interesting, thank you for this information.
I have been drinking milk my entire life, but during the 1 year now, when I was stretching, I have not been drinking it. I feel much better.

In my country it's standard do consume diary.

We do the same in our country, either with slim milk, thick cream, and the latest trend is condensed milk. I like my tea straight up, be earl grey, jasmine, oolong, green, or white. Flavors of the teas or coffees should be at their bare essences to appreciate the growers and makers. Brewing them to perfection is an art on its down. But that's just me.

I drink my coffee with nothing in it, just the coffee.

If you do have access to the local stores to get MCTs, or extract of coconut lipids, to add to your coffee, go for it. It will boost the nutrients and coffee even further, while providing you the needed HDL (the good cholesterol) as you run around all day. I cook and eat coconut oil, but MCTs is easier on the flavors when it comes to coffee or shakes. Something to consider.

I put cold pressed Coconut oil in my coffee, don't know if that is the same?

It's the same. Most can't handle the coconut taste so they go for the MCTs. My wife purchased tons of the MCTs, but without exercising, MCTs boosts the bad LDL straight up. My HDL is through the roof at 180 and my LDL is 31. In PE, HDL is where the game changer is. Proud of you to spot this method as a hidden easter egg. HDL is also a critical component for men to increase their testosterone production and get extreme morning woods.

It's for sure, I will never drink milk again.
Thanks for the talk, I learned a lot today.

I knew about it but I didn't think the effects would be that powerful. I used to put coconut oil in my coffee, I will start doing that again.

Do remember that coffee is a dilation mechanism same as L-critrulline. It gets your blood going. There has been massive studies on beneficial caffeine diminishing returns regardless if you drink it to stay awake or, in our case, get the manhood to remain nice and formed. Optimal level per day is 1mg per pound of body weight. So, most of us should be tapping out around 200mg per day to keep healthy. Flush out the excess with good amount of water.

But, I can say I exceeded this level times and times again. 200mg on coffee alone, 200 for tea, but I also flush excess out by drinking up to 1.5 gallons of water each day, and even into 3 gallons during hot days when I cycle. Do know how your body interacts with caffeine is essential. I don't drink it to stay awake. I drink the coffees and teas for flavors. I'm complete immune to caffeine being an alert agent for my noggin.
