It’s not really true but what is true is if you are not in good shape when you start PE and you go and start working out and lose weight you’re going to lose fat around your pubic bone which will expose much more penis so in a roundabout way the myth is true
For me, my daily 1 hour LengthMaster routine is a weight loss program. I realized this when I stopped PE in 2020 February. My fat pad increased few weeks after I stopped. PE itself is a weight loss program in my opinion.
