Hello (hi), I haven't written anything for a long time, but nothing has changed in size, only the circumference increased to 5.63 inches(flex), in addition, I couldn't exercise because I was away for two weeks(dropmic). From today I start changing exercises to Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) as recommended by DLD, we will see how my cock reacts. 8-)

DLD I have two questions about the 5x5x3 exercise:
1. Can I do it dry? I have such a supply of skin that I can move from the base to the glans.
2. Can these exercises be performed in a semi-erect? (50-60% hard)

Yes you can do them dry, I have always done SlowSquashJelqs dry. I would prefer you to be at around 90% erect if possible. I would say that 60% is OK during the five minutes of pumping but you definitely need at least 90% to perform the SSJ with proficiency.

You are better of doing stretching exercises before pumping. It will require less force to be applied.

You can do that. Jelqing is not gonna harm your gains, rather helps, "1+1 = 3" applies in our case. So again, the more you do the better.

You can combine "5x5x3" with pre-jelqs and post jelqs.

Remember, minimum 3s strokes
and erect state around 75-85%.

I have a question because I experience skin discomfort during jelq does "rolled" jelq work the same on penis growth? Is this an option for the lazy? Ouch and realy ouch! Use your hands and follow the 5×5×3 or switch over to a SlowSquashJelq, An exercise that brings incredible expansion with every session. The ultimate combination would be the pumping and the SSJ in combination. This will bring major girth is record time!

I just think that your hands will do a much better job as this roller only hits the top and bottom of your penis it does not do anything for the size of your penis. It would make sense for me to go with something like the 5×5×3 sound in SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory. Or go with the straight SlowSquashJelq. I just said ouch because it looks painful lol but do your thing and see what this produces because I may be completely wrong.

Do broken capillaries under the skin on the penis mean that the circumference exercise 5x5x3 was done well and works? Does this mean a lack of vitamins? I does not use a lot of pressure in the pump and they still burst, can I ignore it? :(
 
As I exercise, the problem seems to disappear and I experienced broken capillaries after a long break from exercise, which means that the penis becomes resistant to high pressure. I also recently achieved girth enlargement, my girth is now 5.67 inches. Out of curiosity, I also measured girth when tying the penis after the exercises and is deadly 6.1 inches. I post a photo for the curious.
