What my exercises look like: ??

1. Stretching the tunic: up, down, sideways and stretching around and by twirling. I use it every time I go to the toilet or in any convenient situation.

2. On the perimeter: DLD Bends and Dual Dry Jelq. I also use it in the toilet and in a comfortable situation.

3. Exercises with the pump 2x20 minutes, once with the foreskin retracted, once with the attached and 1. Stretching the tunic between and after removing the pump. I will also add A and V Stretch. ?
Damn bro saw you pictures you look huge, you know what is funny? Im the same size as you but i look much smaller, im a pretty big guy with muscles(not fat) and also very tall almost 2 meters, maybe yours is thicker but we got the same lenght
 
Little success! First Profits! ? After yesterday's training I feel a painful stretching in the base of the penis today ? I'm getting closer to the "magic" eight thanks to yesterday's post-training measurements. My ruler showed 7.95 BPEL in length and 5.59 in girth! I measure in millimeters and convert to inches, as soon as I show more I'll let you know again!

As I already mentioned, I am of small build. It all depends on your body weight and the perspective you take.

Thanks for listing your work out. I see one place to find some improvement would be in the amount of time you’re pumping. I would love you to try something for me and see if it works better than what you’re doing right now. Try the 5×5×3 and SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory. This is an amazing work out that brings the total tissue expansion with very little work and no water retention.
 
I'm not sure if Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) works. 5 minutes in the pump is not fast? Personally, however, I think that 2 × 20 minutes in the pump will do me better. But thank you very much for the exercise plan.

20 minutes is going to bring water retention and this will not bring the tissue expansion you desire. When we take on water the tissue does not get affected as it does when otherwise. The SSJ between each set is created to expand tissue and disperse any water. I would give it a try because it has been so powerful for so many people.

I actually get some water after training but I always thought it was a side effect and it causes the increase in ?. I'll try 5x5x3 let's see what happens.

If you feel as though you can handle more than that and you’re not coming out of the tube with tons of water retention you could go for a 10x10x3 or some other order. But I really appreciate you trying out the 5×5×3 and please let me know your post workout expansion.
 
Hello, I haven't written anything for a long time, but I'm still working on the size. Great for me, today I raised my BPEL to 7.99.

I achieve the best results after this procedure:

1. Stretching in my spare time.
2. Jelqing in the tub for 20 minutes and then stretching.
3. Pump 2 × 20 minutes, once with the foreskin retracted and once with the foreskin in place.
4. Exercise your Kegel muscles for about 5-10 minutes in the supine position with a full erection.

Points 2, 3 and 4 follow each other, I finish training with an intense erection and go to sleep.

Start (2016) ~7 inches. I am currently 7.92 inches. I am aiming at 9 inches ?‍☠?

Hi ?. I raised the results to 8.07 inches in length at max erection before training. Soon I will measure my NBPEL result and see if my short-term goal has been achieved ?.
