MOSRED Benefits of Red/NIR light therapy

@DLD If you have pain, use the MOS Red at surface level daily. At surface level, the irradiance level is 87 mW/cm^2. Based on the measurement, it should penetrate down to 8mm, which is roughly your muscles. It doesn't reach the bone. Run for 5 minutes to be on the safe side daily, while extreme end of 15 minutes if your skin don't heat up too much. Unfortunately, MOS Red doesn't have the concentrated spectrum of 610-630nm and 910-950nm. These ranges are the golden ranges for high end arthritis-inflammatory suppression and deep muscle tissue healing. However, 650nm-680nm range is muscle relaxation and promoting healing, while 720nm-850nm is deep tissue for inflammatory and pain reduction.

I am having so much pain right now. I need a relief. Thanks for the advice I will try this

Only 15 min after session (not before), sometimes 30 min after but that was not often. The heat penetration after 15 minutes into the tissue, makes your stretched turteling penis unturtle again.

After 15 min it hangs loose, and before it retracted a bit.

I find myself forgetting using MOS RED now when I'm only doing girthwork. Should probably start using it more consistent again. Length work was a different kind of animal. I believe MOS RED mad it possible to grow fast. Without the reduction of discoloration in the glans it would not have been possible to stretch with that insane intensity.

What about collagen production boost?
I highly recommend using Mos red before girth sessions. It makes it easier to achieve full erections as it has nitric oxide boosting effects (similar to citrulline). Combining them both are 👌

Just a suggestion, if you are using MOS Red and arginine or citrulline, use the red light therapy 60 minutes after consuming either. Even better, do a bit of light exercise to get the blood flowing after taking either, and then use the red light therapy. You'll see a unique blood flow and skin glow if you do this. Clinical trials of red light therapy also suggests you to use the light treatment 30 minutes after a good light or intense exercise to generate great results. Same for PE as you can deliver even higher NOx to your penis.

arginine or citrulline
Have we not made a conclusion that arginine are useless to use as a supplement, in order to increase nitric oxide production?

Yes and no. It feels very weird to say it like that, but the reasons are two folds.
  1. If we are comparing arginine to citrulline one on one, yes, citrulline will take precedent as evidence shown.
  2. However, the flip side to this is citrulline needs a driver mechanism to deliver into the blood stream effectively, which is where the malate comes in. Arginine, when combined with other fast absorbing amino acids, proteins and drivers such as acids and sugars, arginine can actually work very well, equally on par as citrulline. But as you can see, more tandem components are needed to max out the arginine potentials. I have study papers on this if you need it.
Overall, citrulline is regional available. One location may have it, may be available for delivery, while other trains may restrict the use due to conservative measures. I know a few places where citrulline cannot be delivered due to regulations as it can be used to make (...). I'll leave that to your researches since it's a dangerous topic.

Hoping this works out.I'm very interested in this conversation

I just want to say that you can make it without L-Citrulline, I relied on food, sleep, MOS RED and my other supplements.

The supplements I take, I don't really know what exactly everyone of them does, but I know that the combination of what I'm taking is good for my body. Last time they took my blood, the physician/the doctor was surprised how good all my bio-markers was. But when saying that, I can't validate if you personally should take all of these supplements. But I feel good in taking some supplements. I have a list down below it looks a lot. But remember, the entire list is only 2 bottles of supplements. One bottle with a multivitamin and another with the supplement, KSM® 66 (Ashwagandha) and I also take, Omega-3 Fatty Acids. I will try to describe everything as well as I can. But even I have not the grasp of everything in that list. So a total of 3 bottles of pills. I don't think that is to much.

Some definition related to the list of supplements:
Definition of: International Unit (IU).
Listen to pronunciation
A unit used to measure the activity of many vitamins, hormones, enzymes, and drugs. An International Unit is the amount of a substance that has a certain biological effect. For each substance there is an international agreement on the biological effect that is expected for 1 International Unit. Also called IU.

RDI => Recommended daily intake.
mg => milligram
μg => microgram

In my multivitamin this is the ingredients:

(I can add some more information to this list at a later time).

The list above doesn't say that much. But I do my best to complement the list with comments to make it more clearer.
Our body is so complicated, and if you are not a biologist or chemist it's really hard to know what is doing what.
But Examine.com is a site where you can read about all the compounds in the list above.
Examine has no ads or industry ties. I would think that the information also are written in a way that ordinary people will understand the information. They use the latest evidence to find what works and what doesn’t.

I'm also going to include: examine_study_database_20210627.pdf on my Google Drive storage;
examine_study_database_20210627.pdf

It's a file from Examine.com that I procured a long time ago (you can't get it now), since they change the system.
I have more access to more stuff on their website, but I can't share that. But I think that file will be helpful for you.

In that file you can search on every compound in the list above and get a grasp of why they are in my multivitamin.
Sometimes I take L-Theanine before going to bed. I then sleep much better.

Then I also take, Omega-3 which is super important for your entire body:
Omega-3 Fatty Acids, is most often used for Cardiovascular Health and Brain Health. I know it's also good for the skin. I had a co-worker that got better skin since she started to take Omega-3 daily. She thanked me for that. She didn't take any other supplements before. Just with adding Omega-3 fatty acids her skin became much better.

The effects of Omega-3 comes over time. The reason it's so important, is due to the balance of fats in our body. If we have the wrong balance of fats in our body, our cells will not function optimal. It has do with the transportation of nutrients and waste products, in and out of the cells (through the cell membrane in every cell). The cell membrane is semi-permeable, and with the wrong fats in our body it becomes harder for the body to transport nutrients and waste products, in and out of the cells (this is a simple explanation, I do not know everything).
What I do know, is that it's good for the entire body.

Note: Look at the bottle for the intake, but there is often no problem to take a little bit more then necessary.

Much information. It may be more of what you asked for. But I hope it will help you.

It may look alot but it's only, 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 = 4 different supplements.

Just to remind anyone interested in the MOSRED it is on sale now plus you can take an additional 18% off using coupon code MOS18

My brotha, we’re taking the same Core Man vitamins! That’s cool. What made you choose them?

They’re the most all-rounded and generous dosed multivitamins I’ve found and still good price! That’s why I choose them. Been taking exactly this one for years.

Regarding citrulline, also very cheap and you should just try a bottle one of these days as I think you’ve never taking it with PE? I think you’ll be surprised by the effectiveness!

Cool we are taking the same (Core Man Vitamins)!
I have been a customer at that store since: 2008-12-28.
I will try L-Citrulline with PE, maybe I will get a super dick.

I take these becouse Apotekets multivitamins are worthless! 😂

There is great research suggesting that citrulline greatly aids with the recovery of the endothelial tissue, which is tissue that is routinely being broekn down when it comes to PE.

We need someone to experiment with this and keep very good track of their growth to give us an understanding if it truly works

The research confirms it. Plus a perfect example of someone who uses it and documented their results with picture proof is Hink.
His gains are more than enough to convince me.

Nothing will make you gain like LengthMaster 3.
I did not use L-Citrulline.

Do you dismiss the power of bundled stretches?

I do bundle stretches, in broken down smaller combos. Since I use ADS all day, I also incorporate part of that bundle stretches throughout the day at lowe intensity. I use a different combo during hanging while I stretch my whole body.

Citrulline are more for recovery and EQ.

For example, now when I’m only doing length I do not use it (however, it is in my pre-workout drink I use before gym so I get 8 grams of it on workout days).

But I definitely will use it everyday before girth sessions when I start girth again. You can also take a dose of it before bed to increase the quality of your nocturnal erections. And therefore increase the recovery of the tissues. Could also be used before bed when you focus on length for this same purpose.

Bundled stretching was my greatest contribution and invention
