Thought I would share some blogs/articles that have linked studies on the positives effects of this type of therapy on muscles, ligaments etc, increased blood flow and also it's ability to reduce inflammation.

*none of this work is my own nor am I linked in any way to anything being sold if it pops up ads for lights, just random stuff i came across while looking into the topic. I don't know why I feel the need to say that but I hope I'm not breaking forum rules by linking outside sites?

Imma soon get the MOSred light (1-2 weeks for shipping) and would like to know more and from users of the device here.
This is the only thread in the whole forum I found for it?!

It is extremely effective in warm ups, playability, healing and the break down of tissue for more effective stretching. Heat has always played a massive role in my growth...well worth the investment

Cool, so you use it as a stand alone warmup? or do you add something? 2 times a day is good? (before length and girth)

There is oodles of information out there, a simple google search of Red light therapy (or YouTube if you don't want to read) will give you everything you need to know.

I myself swear by it, never train without it. The heat penetrates deep & gets everything pliable for the session whether it be length or girth training & it's ability to speed up recovery, limit inflammation (edema/fluid retention) & minimise discoloration during the latter that makes it a must.

I just wish more brothers could add comment, there were threads In the section originally, guess they got nuked in the hack. I'll see what I can dig up for others to see here later as I'm off to work now.

Oh!!!! Another benefit, rock hard boners!!! Using this product even for a few sessions will see you sporting a pipe of steel down there!!

Edit* yes, if I'm doing length I'll use it as a stand alone warm up, I just stand it up on my bathroom sink & bathe I it's light for 10 - 15 minutes, strap into the LengthMaster and go. If I'm doing girth maybe 5 - 10 minutes stand alone warm up while watching then I'll either keep it standing or hold it above the bathmate tube while I'm pumping, you lose a bit of it's benefit through the acrylic tubing of the pump but its still effective. I'm sure I could put an eye bolt in my cieling & hang it from there or the door if I wanted to get really creative.

Man, that sounds really cool and promising!!

So how do you exactly incorporate into your routine, when, duration, how many times a day etc..?

Also, you use it as a stand alone warmup without anything else (like hot water or so)?

Is this Light therapy similar to shockwave therapy ?? I heard in many YouTube videos of urologists that shockwave therapy forms new blood vessels and promotes growth hormone.
So using too much of shock wave therapy might result in cancer.
Please help on this

Vishald810, I have never heard of too much shochwave causing cancer and I did extensive research before I bought my Phoenix shockwave device. I haven't used it yet, but I cannot wait until I get my first go at it. I'm definitely going to get the MOS red light device because why not use it during your sessions for its benefits, even if you don't use it for your warmup or cooldown

Did you ever use your Phoenix?

@MosMaster
Interesting how this have been working out for you? What's your experiences with using the MOS-RED?

Well, I can't tell other than that it's a very nice and warming light. Always use it 10 mins before length work.

I've read a bit about it and there seem to be many health benefits. But to realize full health benefits (other than just for PE) I think you need a much bigger unit to cover larger parts of the body.

But I can tell that it does have nitric oxide boosting benefits. It gets easier to get erect with the light

Heat is so pivotal if u can add it “while”, your training! I agree this is a must and something I have been looking into since I was hanging.. I often try to use heat pads but I see it’s something like this that I need.. my p.e. Box runith over already lol but I’m saving up for a pump, and this will be last.. just don’t know where I’ll put it.

I really need to start warming up. MOS light sounds intriguing.

I’m assuming this makes the penis more pliable for stretching. Is there any studies on the penis itself using red light?

I found two articles on red light therapy. Primary targets are the penis, the testicles, and the thyroid.
