Anyone actually have gains with the bathmate x30 have been using it for a few months now and I have not had any gains using it 5 times a week for 20 mins a session I get impressive temporarily gains but nothing permanent
 
Keep going with it, and after a session try a cock ring or cable clamp to keep the expansion but obviously not tight.

You should definitely see permanent results, but the timeframe varies just as the men are that use the device

Adding SSJ to the session can also aid growth, keep a good erection if you aren't already during a session.
 
I have been doing ssj and keeping erect the entire time the temporary gains I can touch the sides with the first 2 inches of my duck but nothing with the rest of it and the temporary gains go away within minutes of coming out of the pump
 
Not sure what you can do, apart from giving it more time or ditch pumping at try another method.

What exactly are you doing as far as a routine is concerned?
 
5mins pump 5 mins ssj x4 also tried the stretches for a month and that did not work

I think we need to put a more structured routine together. What stretches were you using? How long every day are you training?
 
I tried the bath mate stretches I found on here where you stretch while in the bath mate
 
you can get base girth by doing hanging I gained 1 solid inch after 9 months of hanging 33 pounds , midshaft try squeezes and contiune with ssj ,forget the bathmate your hands are way more powerful tool ive been doing pe for 12 years now and my midshaft girth only went up 1/4 inch so its a slow process

Yea hanging has increased my base girth, drop some SSJ's and maybe clamping and your well on your way

The mistake most of you guys make is that, you don't follow instructions, you just make your own routine without understanding how PE works. Follow the SRT and the gains will come. I hope you will see this message some day
