I have a random question. What the heck is clamping? What is the difference between this and attaching the LM3. I tried to look it up but couldn't find anything except for a leaky urethra. I do not plan to do it; just curious.
Clamping.
You trap blood in your penis with a clamp at high pressure. The blood gets old and swirls around in your vains, and the blood starts to clot together, It gets stuck on your clafs in your deep vains.

Then it can dislodge (long time after...years after), and it can then restrict blood flow to your brain, heart and lungs, and in all the small vains you have near/to your essential organs/tissue. This can result in for example: stroke, heart attack...

Do you want to take the risk with clamping?
You never know if blood clots are forming. But the risk is high with clamping.

You push the blood out from your penis before clamping down, there is not the high pressure and the same swirls of blood inside your vains as with clamping.
You only stay clamped down for ~13 minutes, the blood are fresh. You are not creating the inviroment for blood clots in your vains to form.

Very deadly but it works. It's a girth exercise. Please avoid it. I know someone who damaged his penis. This is about 7 years later and he still cannot bang a woman hand in bed because if he does that, he will be in severe pains.

Please avoid clamping.

I am interested in whether it is possible to make a series of recordings or a course only about pumping. I know that there are a number of techniques, but no one has explained them in detail anywhere on portals.

Yes, I saw that, but I'm mainly interested in the pumping technique, such as how long to keep the pressure in the cylinder and when to release and how many repetitions, etc.

Okay. It's really not complicated I will explain.

Simply put it is this program from @DLD's program SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory. SRT is also the fundamentals of penis enlargement.

Everyone that are gaining penis size need to use the information in SRT, even if they are not following the program strictly. SRT needs to be implemented.

So this is the program, that are recommended.
Girth Program: 5x5x3
5 Minute Slow Squash Jelq
5 Minutes in the MityVac or Bathmate at full intensity

I don't know anything about what vaccum/pressure that is recommended, because I'm only are using Bathmate pumps, and they have no pressure gauge.

1. But what I do is first do, 5 Minute Slow Squash Jelq to loosen up Tunica albigunea. Slow Squash Jelq's are done with 70-80% erection.

2. Then you get yourself into 100% erection, and put your penis into the pump.

Optimal would be to stay inside the pump for 5 minutes. Sometimes I loose water with Bathmate and get air pockets in the pump (pumping with water), so I need to remove the pumpnand then re-pump. This only happens because I try to pump up to fast.

But you do not have to deal with water, so stay 5 minutes inside the pump. Do Kegels while you are inside the pump to boodt the erection level and get in more blood = more expansion (maximum expansion).

With Bathmate I try to increase the vaccum/pressure to the highest level progressively so when the last minute is up I have the highest pressure/vacuum.

@hugh-girth can guide you with the guidance of the level of vaccum/pressure you should have. Water pumping is a little diffrent to air pumping. As I said I have no gauge on my Bathmate pumps, and I'm just going with the feeling in my penis. Not the safest method but for me it works.

Summary.
Follow the SRT girth program, and stay inside the pump for 5 minutes is the best way to go.
As I said @hugh-girth will help with the recommendations of the level of pressure/vaccum. He will see this message, just wait a bit fir his response.

This is the thread to learn all you need to know. Also, go look at the 5 × 5 × 5 routine which gives you 5 minutes of pumping and 5 minutes of SSJ.

The quality of the pump is really important, you need to be able to get high enough pressure/vaccum but start low, and increase the pressure exponentially to a upper limit.

Slow Squash Jelq's and pumping complement each other, you need both.

The Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) is thread best route for quick girth gains
