Anyone Practice Iron Crotch Qi Gong? (Super Heavy Hanging, Short Set Times)

Just curious. One of my customers does. He sent me a very happy email a couple days ago with a picture of himself using hanger to hang 40 pounds. The focus of this training is sexual "chi" or energy, but size increases do also occur. If I recall correctly Qi Gong is an off shoot of Kung Fu.

At first I saw it and because of that I searched for hanging and found this world of Penis enlargement years back but I always wondered about the grip that they used under their clothes because the insane amound of weight that they pull can literally tear the penis off found 1 picture but that looked undoable
 
I'd heard of it before. Looks pretty intimidating. :)

Qi Gong is like even slower Tai Chi, without any direct martial application. You could use it to supplement martial arts (or probably any sport really).

I only hang heavy, short sets. 2 a day for 10 min each (20 min a day total)
started with 20 lbs, now im at 30 lbs. But i moved, been hectic this last month. i may actually have to start back at 20 lbs for the first few days because of deconditioning.

Same guy now using 50 pounds for 5 minute sets. Maniac!

Xeno at the forum that shan't be named did it, got up to 100 lbs by modifying the bib and would hang for 30+ minutes. He didn't attribute any length gains to this endeavor though, I guess it's more for some kind of sexual health.

Strange, others have made considerable length and girth from heavy hanging alone.
 
It's not that strange, once you reach a certain stress level your penis responds by toughening up the tissues instead of elongating them, especially if using cyclic loads. And the tissues can become quite tough.

And when this happens but you need to put so much work into is bundled stretching, this is the only type of stretching that will expand the Tunica and relax the tissue. Heat in conjunction with Bundled Stretching is incredible! The MOSred and 20 minutes of Bundled and your penis will become so much more relaxed and stretchable.

xeno also gained over 1.5 inches in length from heavy hanging, so i wouldn't say he didnt gain anything.
it was only at the end he began hanging ridiculous amounts for short periods of time and he said he wasnt hanging for length.
 
Perhaps I should've said the goal was not to gain but rather his SKF training. I stand by statement that after a certain point your tissues in your penis respond by toughening instead of elongating and chance for injury increases. To me the choice is clear.

He got most of his hanging gains from what I would consider heavy 20 to 40 lbs, after newbie gains where he stretched and jelqed in a hot tub that allowed heat past 40 degrees Celsius. He also modified his hardcore bib to allow long sets without circulation issues, ADS'ed with his cock coils, made experimental girth contraptions [cock coffin and nice vice] (and yes they work!) and really was one of the first to employ rest and really emphasize it in his workouts. He really was a pioneer and a genius and his own routines evolved as he collected more in formation from his previous campaigns. However when he got to extremely high weights 80 to 100 his gains stagnated and that's about the time he started to really develop his later routines and gizmos like the Tiger Trap (TT) & tunica tenderizer (TTr). Later routines took him from 8.5 to 8.625 to his final 9.325 BPEL

At the foundation was attack the tissues very aggressively if needed, back off and let rest and repair work. I'm currently experimenting with a modified, in light of new info, and toned down version. So far around 0.5 inch gain in BPEL in one month that as of 3 week's into decon has not lost even a 0.1 cm. Though around 1/4 inch was reclamation of lost gains the 20 months before that.

I hope you get the gains you are seeking. I'd recommend heat the first half of your sets and if you plateau rest. DLD hung with very heavy weights for a time too.

Oh he also hung from the base if that makes any difference. Expressive hanging to be sure.

Expressive Stretching is one of my greatest discoveries and so many people sleep on it. I truly hope it picks up and people include it in their workouts because there’s so much internal penis that can be brought outward.
 
Once you figure out that you can GRASP that stalk right above the roots, you can EXPRESS yourself, incorporating it in various exercises. I do this with manual stretching, cuffed uli work, and hanging.

I find that there are too many variables to his training, between the clamping, the ''shock'' days (which i personally believe you should never do) there's just to many parts.
He was hitting the shaft heavy from multiple exercises, also when you do drastic jumps in weight such as shock days, you're quickly getting your shaft accustomed to the heavier weight, it has to compensate.
I believe in the MAX overload principal, where you add a significant enough amount of weight to cause a major stress every set period of time ( like 6 weeks) causing further expansion. But i would never jump up then go back down in weight. If i was at 20 in 6 weeks id add 10lbs, and hang this for 6 more weeks. but id never go from 20 lbs to 50lbs for a day, then back to 20 or 25lbs.
