Anyone Practice Iron Crotch Qi Gong? (Super Heavy Hanging, Short Set Times)

Just curious. One of my customers does. He sent me a very happy email a couple days ago with a picture of himself using hanger to hang 40 pounds. The focus of this training is sexual "chi" or energy, but size increases do also occur. If I recall correctly Qi Gong is an off shoot of Kung Fu.
Dear bro

Please let me know how I can buy your hanging tools. Im from Vietnam. Thanks

Perhaps I should've said the goal was not to gain but rather his SKF training. I stand by statement that after a certain point your tissues in your penis respond by toughening instead of elongating and chance for injury increases. To me the choice is clear.

He got most of his hanging gains from what I would consider heavy 20 to 40 lbs, after newbie gains where he stretched and jelqed in a hot tub that allowed heat past 40 degrees Celsius. He also modified his hardcore bib to allow long sets without circulation issues, ADS'ed with his cock coils, made experimental girth contraptions [cock coffin and nice vice] (and yes they work!) and really was one of the first to employ rest and really emphasize it in his workouts. He really was a pioneer and a genius and his own routines evolved as he collected more in formation from his previous campaigns. However when he got to extremely high weights 80 to 100 his gains stagnated and that's about the time he started to really develop his later routines and gizmos like the Tiger Trap (TT) & tunica tenderizer (TTr). Later routines took him from 8.5 to 8.625 to his final 9.325 BPEL

At the foundation was attack the tissues very aggressively if needed, back off and let rest and repair work. I'm currently experimenting with a modified, in light of new info, and toned down version. So far around 0.5 inch gain in BPEL in one month that as of 3 week's into decon has not lost even a 0.1 cm. Though around 1/4 inch was reclamation of lost gains the 20 months before that.

I hope you get the gains you are seeking. I'd recommend heat the first half of your sets and if you plateau rest. DLD hung with very heavy weights for a time too.

LONG, what was your instruction/routine as to gaining .5 in a month? Were you hanging light weight for long periods?

But one of the things the therapies say is to work on yourself, don't let it stop you, so im trying to get myself back together... Thanks for the welcome back :)

I can relate to you is on many levels and I have always worn my heart on my sleeve. This is my 4th year free from the hospital. 14 years I was in that hospital for months at a time. I am not sure, but by the grace of God, I was still able to do my work in the brotherhood. It was always therapeutic.

Sorry to hear about the OCD, I have written a few articles on the subject and my struggles with it. My agoraphobia has crippled my life, I can’t leave my house for more than a few minutes, when it is dark to certain places. Life sucks in that way but I have grown to accept it and make the very small world I have as peaceful and comfortable as possible. Praying is my biggest help. I have a wonderful therapist. After 14 years I think they got the cocktail right on my meds. But even today I suffer with so many mental issues. I have suffered a long time and in some ways that suffering is valuable to me helping others. Nothing speaks to illness than someone who was ir is in the same place.

remember, Jesus loves you! you are a good man that I have know for many years. You will slay all those demons because you are stronger than they! Remember that!

I really appreciate that D, i have intrusive thoughts and its constant, its definitely good to speak w someone who knows what the deal is. Ah, yes, the cocktail, i've been on around 7 different anti-depressants this last year (and benzos, but i hate them because im an ex addict so i tend to overuse) and it turns out that unfortunately i am one of the unlucky 30% who are treatment resistant to anti-depressants. I have nothing, i've been using kratom as it atleast mildly calm the physical sensation of the anxiety response, which cams thins down slightly, but nothing great.
So i've currently really started looking into the microbiome, gut flora, hormone/neurotransmitter production, brain inflammation, fatty acids and meat, fasting and neural plasticity, bacteria and epigenetics, and i'm finding some very interesting information.
But one thing i can say is this, i'm in the belief that mental illness in a dysregulation of neural-compound production which cause inflammation in key regions of the brain, that CAN be forced back into production under the right circumstances.
A meat only diet alone, which is the most anti-inflammatory diet, has literally shown to reverse ocd, at least in many anecdotal cases as the funding for research will probably never get there (they dont want people off med$$$)
I have done the carnivore diet long enough to know, as ive only done up to 21 days, and for most people changes in mental health begin around 3 months in (some people find changes in as little as 2-3 weeks, but most people find it takes a few months)
But im really considering giving it a shot... i love steak and meat in general but it get boring, but i will say this, in the 21 days i did the diet, i lost 40 lbs, my hair loss completely stopped, and my skin looked amazing better than ive ever had it, and my inflammation in my shoulder ive had for 12 years disappeared after the second week... its pretty amazing all around.

oh my goodness! Do you have a link to this carnivore diet and the effects it has on us? I would love to read this as I have never heard about it.

you are so welcome my brother, I wear my heart on my sleeve so I can use my own suffering and experience to help my brothers. I also understand how painful this can be in life and having someone relate to you at least makes you feel like you’re not alone.

For me the biggest therapy is my deep believes in God and the amazing amount of trust I have in him. Along with a great therapist in the right medication cocktail I have major growth in leaps and bounds. The biggest thing I struggle with today is guilt and worry. But again God is working with me on this and I am getting better every single day. For me it’s so important to feel peace and I’m able to reach that piece at any time during the day or night because of the closeness of my relation ship with God, Father, Sin and Spirit. Three men who give me the best advice possible!

I am going to pray for you my brother and all I ask is that you also pray for me and I’m sure together we can make growth beyond that which we already have. And I’m sure other people will become involved with this.

Nothing is more valuable than experience. When were able to relate to someone on the same level of our own experience growth happened so quickly not only for the one you’re helping but also for yourself.

so for me it’s the big three, God, therapist and medication. It took me 14 years to get here but I did arrive and I will push forward to improve myself even more. I hope this helps my brother.

Ok so, first im going to link some information and experiences from people who have mental health issues, its important to realize that most if not all mental illness is just a different manifestation of the same issue, basically depending on your constitution, you end up with mental illness of which ever variety was your biological weakest point, for what ever reason. So, some people end up wit schizophrenia, or ocd, or bipolar, or depression etc...
Then ill post some science.. alot of these videos are in the middle of the video, so just restart them from the beginnning...
