All day siliring

Well the consensus seems to be go for length first so I think that will be first order of business. I am currently doing manual exercises and have a fair amount of strength in hands and arms thanks to years of manual labor and the bowflex. I may still be conditioning though as I seem to lose EQ for a couple days after moving intensity up on manual stretches that include JAI, internal, 2 handed, jelqs for length at lower erections, crooked up and down tugs, a frame, 180’s and reverse.
 
By the way, silli sleeves an rings showed up 2 days early! Nice stuff thanks again very impressed the whole way around!

I can relate! Sounds good to me! If you have the strength in the grip and you’re able to do it by hand God bless you! I was lucky and was very strong too and was able to manually gain inches of size. Equipment didn’t come until later for me. When I started PE I just got out of bodybuilding so I also had a lot of strength. Never considered that, perhaps that is why I made such fast gains.

But even with your strength I suggest you pick up a bag of MOSgrip, you will love it it is the coolest thing for people who want to manually stretch. It’s very hard to describe but the grip is insane and stupid inexpensive!
