Well the consensus seems to be go for length first so I think that will be first order of business. I am currently doing manual exercises and have a fair amount of strength in hands and arms thanks to years of manual labor and the bowflex. I may still be conditioning though as I seem to lose EQ for a couple days after moving intensity up on manual stretches that include JAI, internal, 2 handed, jelqs for length at lower erections, crooked up and down tugs, a frame, 180’s and reverse.
