Advantage of Extender versus Vacuum Hanger

Extender and traction device are the same. The only difference is the comfort levels, and a bit of glans expansion as a side benefit. For uncircumcised person like me, exposed glans can be quite uncomfortable on a traction device. The vacuum cup allows me to wear it longer, use more surface area for pulling/tugging, while covering my glans from rubbing that cause major discomforts.
