About some of the ways and methods you can use to warm up and down?

Hey DLD, this question goes to you mainly, but any person that knows the answers to it can , give their opinion.

I wanted advice, I wondering can I use either one of these two products in the link below for my warm up and down methods before I do my P.E exercises?

Both look good. I prefer a plug in heating pad as it will last forever.

Ok I did a little bit of research and they said the electrical heat pads has EMF which is dangerous to your health or something like that.

I just use a warm soacking towel for my warm ups. what do you use for cool down though?
