WTF?!?!?! Kegels while sitting down

Hey guys. I'm just wondering if anybody else has this happen to them. Whenever I do kegels while sitting down I feel a little pain at the tip of my tailbone when ever I squeeze. It doesn't bother me at all when standing up though. Can the heavy lifting I do at work somehow have something to do with it? I'm not sure. ?:(
