would this be a good ball stretcher?

today i was shopping and went into american eagle outfitters. there i saw a leather wrist bracelet that looked liek a ball stretcher but i didnt buy it because i didnt know how big ball stretchers are and i didnt want to waste $12 only to have it b 2 big on me. its a leather WRIST bracelet
 
A bracelet isn't going to be small enough to fit around your balls without falling off. The leather ball stretchers that I own are less than 2" in diameter. Unless you have some ridiculously big balls and massive tubes.

About how long, I'm not sure, because I haven't been doig it that long myself. Supra made a big post a while back called "Building Low Hanging Bull Balls" or something similar. That would be your best bet to find info on a time frame.
