why is it that length work is suggested at a different time to girth work such as, in the workouts the stretches are at 6.30 and girth work is at 11.30? just curious
I could have sworn I answered this...anyway, here is the answer;
Length and girth take individual focus. I find that focus is very important for both length and girth. You can train both together but I feel separate sessions give much greater comprehension.
