working IT enough?Please help!!!!!

Hi yall.I just want to know if I do my stated workout(number of reps and intensity)and I don't feel the soreness or fatigue at the end of the workout,should I increase something like the reps or intensity or even add some other exercises...I'm still confused?
 
Gradually increase the intensity of your excercises. That is what will give you the biggest gains. But be careful and look out for warning signs of injury.
