My ac just died about 2-3 weeks ago making my bathroom feel like a sauna with 90 degree temps and near 100% humidity at night when i do my exercises. The profuse would be tolerable if that were my only problem, however, bleeding out the urethra recently just cropped up twice. The 1st instance at the end of my workout a few days ago. I took 2 days off then got back on with with the problem seemingly resolved, until today that is. I warmed up nicely then barely started pulling my head with my hands when the bleeding started. I was quite frustrated because i pretty much did nothing. Very little pulling and very little pressure on the head.
The bleeding is the main reason i feel i need a break. I would like to properly heal before starting up again with cooler temperatures. With that in mind, one last issue i've noticed is that my foreskin has been gradually getting puffier and looser. This no doubt caused by pumping with the bathmate. I have virtually no fluid retention post pumps but am still getting slightly puffier.
I plan a October return for stretching and bathmate exercises but for now will focus on stamina and erection quality. Should i also still do squeezing exercises to tighten up the skin and can i actually expect it to tighten? Any insight into the matter will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
