Which is better?

do you guys think I could get the same results as hanging if I use a 25lb weight on my hanger and while I'm in the bed and stretch up and down with it. I tried this the other day and got a real good pull and you could do this while you were sleeping. I'm sure some of you have tried this and what were your results like
 
What do you mean:
"In the Bed"
∙ Simply laying down on the bed or covered-up with blankets in the bed

∙ Seriously, you think you should go to sleep with 25-lbs attached to your cock
 
How long have you been hanging? 25 lbs. is a lot to use if you haven't been hanging long. A lot of vets don't even use that much. You have to take your time and work up in weight slowly. If you like the stretch you are getting, then it's fine, just be careful about the amount of weight and don't jerk the weight. Don't ever try to do any kind of pe while you sleep, especially hanging.
 
sorry I didn't mean hanging while asleep I mean while on my back in the bed have my hanger on with the weight and set the weight between my legs while I lay down I would be using it like a strecher
 
I sometimes do that when I'm hanging using a rsdt fulcrum. It does give an incredible stretch. Again, just be careful about the amount of weight.
