The purpose of an all day stretcher is to be able to maintain a long term constant moderate stretch while being comfortable. Allot of stretchers will start to feel uncomfortable after an hour or so, this is why we try to aim for long term use and comfort.

From what we learned, comfort is mainly determined by the vacuum applied and the softness of the sleeve. Softer sleeves will yield more comfort long term but will stretch over time. Harder sleeves will last longer but be less comfortable, more restrictive and harder to apply.

Too much vacuum can cause fluid retention and not enough vacuum will cause slippage. Every user has to find the perfect medium because all penis's and sensitivity are not created equal. Some men don't mind the discomfort and others do.

Sadly i dont have enough time to do some PE routine but with this device and daily use can i get some lenght?

With the Silistretcher you do not have to do anything at all but put it on and let it do the stretching for you. You can wear to work you can even worth sleep. It can also be used as a vacuum hanger. Getting in four or five hours a day will bring excellent length with no work!

They are very different so the stretch is completely different. I would say the SG is great for making active grow but very poor at passive grow. Passive growth for healing is best done with the SS. It also is a vacuum hanger so that’s a big difference also. I think both of them has their place in PE
